Sadly I had not been to a dentist In 15 years. Finally got insurance. And had some tooth pain and decided to go. Overall a good experience for somebody that is somewhat frightened of the dentist and has not been to one in so long. Everybody was nice and upbeat & put me at ease. Explained things when i had questions. Which was nice! Not to mention the cool Halloween pumpkin contest.

What a great dental office! I’m a very nervous dental patient but everyone here made me feel very comfortable and safe. From the dental assistants Emily & Joanna, to Mandy in billing/scheduling, to Dr Booth- just a great experience. Kind, compassionate, and good at what they do. Today was my initial visit and exam at Aspen Dental. I was seen promptly which I appreciate. Cassidy took my X-rays and explained the process well. Meeting the hygienist and the dentist, Dr. Booth all went smoothly and quickly. Everyone I encountered was professional and pleasant. I am impressed!

Took my mom without an appointment with a terrible tooth ache. They were able to see her the same day and performed an extraction that was incredibly difficult. The doctor was kind and took extra care making my 85 year old mother comfortable during the entire procedure.

Absolutely love Dr. Canaday and his assistant Emily! Fantastic , painless experience. And I loved the pumpkin decorating contest they had in the front office. So welcoming and fun!!! Great staff all around. Great value, too.

Super friendly staff, very efficient, capable and experienced. Appreciated that the dentist shared his thoughts and explained what he thought was going on while allowing me to look at my X-rays- he was patient, answered my questions, and very friendly. The whole office was good at working around my schedule and being flexible and respectful of my time. Love them!

Very happy with the staff and enjoyed the experience. It hasn’t ended yet but the professionalism was great! They get things done-now! It isn’t months, they take care of their patients in a timely fashion! Ecstatic with my visit and care. And loved that it was Jammie day!!!

I absolutely hate going to the dentist. I’ve had bad luck with oral health for as long as I can remember. This staff is so down to earth, understanding, bedside manner was amazing. I am happy I found a dentist I feel comfortable in.

Everyone was so kind and helpful. I’ve been dealing with a dental issue for 5 weeks - I went into Aspen Dental today - they listened to me and we now have a plan of action for my teeth! Excellent place!

If I was able to give a 0 I would. Both times I visited I was talked to in a distasteful way as well as being turned around. I just decided to go with a different dental office due to feeling uneasy about letting them do work in my mouth when I can't even be respected. The young ladies at the front desk need to do better with customer service for everyone and not just pick and choose
