Everyone was so nice and extremely gentle, especially after expressing my fears and anxiety over the visit. Dr. Rennie was extremely professional and explained everything in a manner that I understood, and Phyllis was exceptional going over pricing and explaining my options. I would recommend them to anyone, especially someone who has dental anxiety!

Aspen Dental was very friendly from the front desk to the dentist to the dental assistance. They were very thorough. And took the time to explain the best options for my dental needs which is quite a lot. My second visit was not as good. I sat there for 2 hours for nothing. The lab tech DID NOT ADJUST MY PLATE. I'm sitting there waiting the girl is no where to be found. You better believe they are going to let you Know how much your next visit is going to be and be paid up front. Yet they have had over 100.00 of my money over paid from first visit. They do not like to REFUND!!!

I was quoted an extraction price for 1 non impacted tooth and lady told me they were running a special and this would fall right into deal of $125.00! Great make appt, he left work went to appt to be told only certain facilities honor that price. Um excuse me wouldn't you have made my husband an appt at a place where you just gave me the great pricing for.? Came home with a still broken tooth that needs to be removed, no infection. Poor customer service through the 800 number , wrong information all the way around, time loss out of work (2nd) time to be just to be sent home with bad tooth still in his mouth that we wanted it pulled.:( The St Aug office had no idea about the sale either which makes it more frustrating. Not sure what we are going to do at this point.

I haven't been to the dentist in nearly 30 years. Aspen Dental provided the best friendliest service I have ever experienced at the dentist. From the moment you enter this office you are made it to feel welcome and comfortable. I gave it 10 stars!

The hygienist seemed very smart. However, the dentist told me I had two cavities that I didn't have. Got a second opinion 1 month later at much more reputable dentist and they were sure I have no cavities.
Even though the hygienist is good, she's in on the scam to do unnecessary cleanings. They tried to sell me on an extra "deep cleaning" that would cost $300 not covered by insurance. They whisk you away and immediately try to put you on a payment plan for all the extra stuff.
Avoid them, or if you have no choice, don't agree to pay for anything more than exam and routine cleaning. Be skeptical of any cavities they say you have.

The staff in this location are extremely professional and friendly. Cody was my DA, and Dentist was Dr. Lamudi. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the lab messed up the flipper. The shade was wrong, and not the shade that Cody and I chose, and the shape was wrong, compared to the impression that was taken.
I was a little late picking it up, but the Cody and Dentist stayed an hour later making every effort to fix their mistake. The care and personal attention is the reason I will return with any future dental needs. Everyone in the office was friendly. (Much better than St Augustine location!)
