I would like to say this office is amazing and so caring. They put you first even if you come in late they still find away for you to be seen. The staff makes the Atmosphere so nice and relaxing. Heather has helped me with my payments she is amazing at her job. You can tell she loves what she does. Never once I have came in there and there wasn’t a smile on her face. Keep up the good work aspen. You got a A+ office.

I would like to say you all are amazing! Great team over there !! Friendly, talented, and efficient. They all get there jobs done and are good at what they do. Both dentists are great !! Was so nice to meet Dr. McCaulley today !! She was so sweet and kind, very thorough and understanding of my needs. I appreciate her attention to detail and getting the job done in a timely manner. Her assistant was Trixie, a kind hearted, gentle soul that really does care about you and your mouth. It feels so good to be in good hands with these ladies. They really know there stuff !! Keep up the great work ladies and know that you are greatly appreciated in st. Augustine!!

My only disappointment was the music wasn't working in my exam room. I'm used to easy listening oldies at my old dental office. Just helps relax me instead of hearing other conversations and equipment being used. The doctor ,hygienist and assistant were all great.

I recently went into Aspen Dental for a toothache. The Dentist ordered a antibiotic for me until I could be seen by the Oral Surgeon. Overall, very happy with my visit.

Affordable dental? Yes, yes they are.
Professional? Absolutely.
The staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. They took the time to answer all my questions. The dentist was surprisingly as gentle as he could be. He answered all my questions and gave me the best advice.
It's like family. I'll be going back.

I really hate going to the Dentist but the staff is very friendly and they try to keep you as comfortable as possible. I was in a lot of pain and the Dental Technician and Doctor were very gentle. I like the way they put your results right in front of you and go over everything tooth by tooth. They even worked me in for an emergency extraction that day.
I felt that the staff was very knowledgeable. I can't say that it was a pain free experience but what I had to have done would not be under any circumstances. He was good at keeping the area numb and he was very quick. I would definitely recommend them.

I just wanted to say Thank you Aspen dentistry Yesterday's I was a little nervous, but who isn't when there going to the dentist, right. But with MacKenzie and Dr. Powell on my side the whole experience was Quick, and PAINLESS and I'm pretty sure that mostly everyone can agree, that's called a Wonderful Dentist appointment!! Hygenists seem top quality and it's nice office, but they basically try to force feed you any service they can sell you. I had a loose tooth and needed a regular 6 month cleaning. They said I needed to x-ray me to examine the tooth. I said let the Dr. have a look first. Dr. said I didn't even need x-rays. Recommended a special expensive cleaning. I asked to just have my regular cleaning first, and they refused to schedule it. I'm not even sure that's legal. Previously, they also said I needed a new crown when I had some sensitivity. My other dentist said it was fine, and to eat less vitamin C. Pain is gone, tooth is fine.

The staff was wonderful, my wait time was better than anticipated. My dentist and her tech were very accommodating and answered any and all questions. Once my procedure started I wasn’t completely numb, I told them and they immediately stopped and numbed me a bit more. They were all extremely nice, and the background music was a plus! Would highly recommend.

I would think twice before using this dental practice- it reminds me of a shady auto repair shop. They told my daughter she needed 3 root canals, gingivitis treatment, and numerous fillings- totaling close to $6000 WITH insurance. I decided to pay out of pocket and get a second opinion. It turns out she doesn’t need any root canals nor does she have gingivitis. The total out of pocket expense was only $1700 for fillings and crowns. The new dentist was dumbfounded that Aspen wanted to perform 3 root canals on a 21 year old. On top of this when I requested to have her X-rays sent to the second dentist they were always out of X-ray paper- my daughter went in 3 separate times! The new dentist even called twice to request them with no luck. Not only is this practice completely unprofessional- I feel that they are extremely dishonest. What an embarrassment to the field of dentistry.

The staff was extremely kind and made me feel comfortable. I’m a nervous nelly, but they constantly reassured me. I had an extraction performed on same day, dentist was patient and kind and explained thoroughly what was going on. Quick and easy!
They made me feel in control of my dental health again, and I’m relieved to have a game plan going forward.
