Dawn was my hygienist. She was wonderful. She was cheerful and friendly. She told me clearly what she was going to do before she did it. It was the most gentle cleaning I have ever had. Very professional and personable at the same time. I hope I get her again.

It is beyond me how this place has good reviews. I have never had such a horrendous experience at a dentist before. This was my first time here. My appointment was at 8. I woke up at 6 to get myself ready and got a sitter for my baby so I could go to my appointment. When I arrived there was a sign saying to check in and sit down and wait which I did. There was no receptionist at the desk. All I could hear in the back room was Cardi B playing and giggling. This was my first sign that this was not going to be a good experience. 20 minutes goes by and I still haven’t been called back for my appointment. I told myself I would give it until 8:30. At 8:30 on the dot someone came to call me back. I wasn’t apologized to for the long wait. There was loud rap music playing so I couldn’t hear a word that the hygienist was saying. She did my x-rays and then had me sit in the chair. I sat there until almost 9. At this point it had been almost an hour since my appointment was supposed to start and my cleaning still hadn’t been started. With how long the waiting had been thus far, I knew that if I stayed I wouldn’t get out until 11 which I didn’t have time for. I ended up walking out. I told the receptionist that I had been there for nearly an hour and no one had even started my cleaning yet and the blasting rap music was incredibly unprofessional. Her response was “I do apologize.”
I planned my morning to be at this appointment and it was a complete waste of my time. I’ve never had such an unprofessional experience at a dentist before. You people are working on peoples teeth and you all act like children. I would love to know who owns this clinic.
Between the rap music, the long wait times and blatant disrespect for peoples time, as well as the staff who don’t seem to care about their patients - I will not be going back. The sad part is my whole family just moved here so all of us have been looking for a dentist. This place just lost 6 potential patients.

I love Aspen!! I had 2 teeth extracted today. After I was numb it took less than 4 minutes for Dr. Milton to extract them. He is simply amazing. It was practically painless. I had to keep asking him if he was sure that he was done. He simply smiled and said yes. He is the best!!!

This place is awesome. There’s lots of positive energy. I had a check up with xrays and everyone did a great job explaining things. Emily, Dawn and Hailey to name a few and thanks to the dental hygenist and dentist as well. I’ll be back in a couple of weeks for my cleaning and filling

I absolutely refer Aspen Dental to anyone who reads this post. They came through on an emergency with a front tooth cap falling out even though I was a new patient. They accepted my insurance which is Florida WellCare HMO. The office in St. Augustine is staffed WELL & everyone there is friendly, helpful & make you feel important.
