Aspen Dental

I had gone to another place fir my dentures and wished I hadn't. Aspen was amazing, my tech was so knowledgeable and just as sweet as could be. Everything was explained nothing was left unsaid or asked. Price wise I was super shocked but as I mentioned I had gone to another less expensive place and got what I paid for. In two weeks I'll have my smile back. I better have for the amount of money it cost me. All in all Aspen is the place u'll want for all ur dental needs. Thank u Aspen of St. Augustine

What a great office! Dr Rennie was very through and explained everything very clearly and succinctly. Kurt was extremely helpful in explaining my financing options. He made me feel very comfortable with the procedures we had discussed. I am going to recommend this office to all my family and friends!

Very nice folks. Treated me patiently and kindly. I have a phobia about strangers putting their hands in my mouth and mouth pain. I thought I had cavities but turned out I don't. They were honest and didn't tell me I needed stuff done that I really don't (been to dentist who do that for more money). Prices seem real high for cash paying customer but I guess all dentist prices keep skyrocketing.

Aspen Dental is a very nice environment for dental care. Alexis at the front desk was so courtious, helpful, and friendly. Before I came in for my appointment Alexis told me that I could go on line and print out my paperwork to be filled out and it would save me time when I arrived for my appointment. All the employees were friendly and helpful. I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone who ask for a dental recommendation.

There are a lot of nice things about this dentist, but the biggest reason I gave them a poor rating was because they felt more like a business trying to get the most money out of me and my insurance company rather than trying to take care of my teeth. After discussing my treatment options I was told I wouldn’t ever be able to get the basic cleaning every 6 months, but instead a much pricier one at least 3 times a year, that insurance did not fully cover. They wanted me to spend hundreds of my own money, plus hundreds more from insurance every year for the rest of my life because they wouldn’t give me the basic cleaning. Even after expressing my problems with this I was met with sales techniques trying to sell it to me. They also immediately jumped to multiple prescription mouth washes which of course you can only get there. The whole thing felt like a racketeering job and I will not be going back. I have healthy teeth that I get cleaned and taken care of, this was not necessary. The good things about this place: it’s clean, friendly staff, professional and seemed very new and updated. While they did seem knowledgeable (and I do have a minor repair I need, it is nothing like what they were trying to sell to me), unfortunately it felt too much like a business pitch they were selling.

Everyone that worked with me was wonderful! Dr. Rennie was so gentle and kind...and if he has a beautiful singing voice, as does Angela! Cherokee is very calming. The women at the front desk are terrific and a special mention for Alicia! Not only is she great at her job, but she's seriously funny...what an amazing crew!

My experience with Aspen Dental has been totally beyond my expectations. Dr Rennie, and the entire staff have, from the start, been professional, caring, and encouraging, which put me at ease in making my decision to get my smile and my confidence back. I can't say enough about them. Thank you Dr Rennie, Alicia, Angela, Cherokee, Heather, Alexis, Tammy, Kurt & Houa. Hope I haven't missed anyone.

They treated me like I was not human. During the check they were not gentle and the hygienist kept the pointy hook stuck in my gums while she was correcting the girl that was recording the numbers instead of releasing the hook to talk to someone she pushed into my gums harder like I was a pin cushion and she did it several times. They're also very unprofessional in the way they spoke to me and I have been to other dentists to get my teeth cleaned and they were always very gentle and professional. This was the worst that I have ever been to.

One of the best dental practices I've been to. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile by Heather. She was friendly and very helpful. Wonderful doctor and staff all around. I would definitely recommend Aspen!

I wouldn't recommend this place. They want to do everything but what you went there for. The dentist should have been a car salesman trying to sell you everything to run the bill up. The nurse stated before the doctor would come in I had to see there hygienist I said no and told her the reason I was there. She said if I didn't see the hygienist first they would charge me an extra 120 dollars and call it an emergency visit. After seeing the dentist I got up and walked out.
