This office was great! Emily, Dawn and Dr. Booth were all great! They all made me feel super comfortable. Thank you!

I’d say I’ve had an overall pleasant experience. They are very attentive and try to make sure you’re satisfied with your smile by the time you leave. I’d like to say that Heather is, by far, the best tech I’ve ever had. I am a very nervous patient and she made sure I was at ease through out the entire experience, from them pulling my teeth to six months later when I got my permanents, she got me through it!

Came in for an exam after never having been to the dentist for almost 30 years.
The staff was very friendly and helpful they explained my options to me and the costs.
I just left there today having my teeth cleaned and my wisdom teeth pulled. I felt like I was in good hands the entire time and they gave me loads of information and stuff for my recovery and my future dental health. I look forward to seeing them again in the future.
These guys are now my dentists and would highly recommend to anyone

I feel as if this place was all about the money. I was put into two different lobbies. I had to wait several times for services. I went in for an initial exam and a cleaning. I did not receive the cleaning. I received over 20 X-rays and the hygienist dug around in my mouth. I was offered a cancer screen for an additional $30. I declined, shouldn’t hat be part of the service to check the patients mouth. Also they tried to sell me a $120 toothbrush. I declined as well. The dentist ran in and out within two minutes. Then comes the office manager who gives me my treatment plan for over $5,000 mind you I have excellent insurance. She still then tries to sell me a $120 toothbrush. She tried to set me up for an appointment for an extraction for the next day but I’d need to put down 30-45 percent to hold the appointment. Like I said I have good insurance. I told her I didn’t have any money. I had no intentions on coming back. She had me sign a paper that I would pay when I came in for the appointment. I did and then I called to cancel that appointment. They will not see me again.

Yesterday was my first visit to Aspen dental. I am quite nervous before I go to the dentist. My husband is a patient of theirs and he recommended I go there as well. From the moment I walked in to the moment I finished I felt at ease .
I will be having some work done in the next couple weeks and I am confident that your office will do a great job and make me feel comfortable !

I was very disappointed with my visit. I had an appointment well in advance for a deep cleaning, a few months ago. It was during covid, so I had to wait outside, in my car 45 minutes. I noticed some people where inside! The tech who cleaned my teeth was very unprepared for my visit. She did not even introduce herself, I had to ask her name. Then two minutes into the procedure, she says “ oh no, I ran out of water”. Now she disappears for 10 minutes, to refill the water in these tubes. While she was gone, I looked around the room. The floor was very dirty, stuff on the floor, just not clean. And this is during covid time. Now the money part. I asked if this visit had to be authorized, before time. The girl at the front desk said no, it would say so on her screen. Mistake on my part, because as it turned out, she was wrong. So far, I have paid $269. They want 81.40 more, and a visit in 4 months at $132. More. Very disappointed to be treated like this. It’s all about the money here, not your well being. I really wanted to like it here.

Everyone was extremely accommodating , polite, professional and compassionate. The facility was clean with a comforting atmosphere. I am still surprised at some of the rates, however I do know that they are much less expensive than other private owned DDS offices. I must say that after my immediate need I will not be hesitating to continue my dental care here. I am definitely due for a cleaning and I have a cavity . The staff didn't try to push a lot of procedures on me, but did focus on my true needs. I completely appreciate the honesty and courtesy shown to me . I absolutely recommend this Aspen Dental office to everyone.

They said they took my dental plan but when I made the effort to get there, office empty, 2 girls at front desk said I’d have to wait outside in my car, most likely because they had a mountain of Chick-Fil-A on reception desk at 10:30 in a.m,, then they told me that while they did take my insurance, just not my plan. It would be $130 office visit plus any services I would have had. They were not wearing masks. I think they kept their patients out in their cars so they could eat at the front desk. They seemed inconvenienced to have a scheduled patient walk in their lovely empty dental practice. And it reeked of greasy chicken, especially to a vegetarian. 🤢

Had my wisdom teeth out by a different dentist in Denver. Lost 22lbs cause I could not even open my mouth to fit a spoon in after 3 weeks. Went to Aspen Dental when I moved back to St Augustine. They were able to get me in the day I called. The dentist in Denver made me wait 3 or 4 days when in extreme pain. 3 days after meeting with doctor McCaulley, I was able to chew again and felt 100 times better. Went back for a cleaning and whitening. Margret is a true angel. Never had such a great experience with a dental office. She was honest and straight to the point, which I really appreciate. She explained everything rather than just do it. Did not try and upsell me on anything or recommend anything I didn’t need. Very very happy with Aspen Dental!

I went in for an exam and X-rays. Giovanni did a great job with my X-rays and put me at ease. The hygienist was very efficient. The dentist, Dr Powell, had a great bedside manner and was very patient. The only issue was the floor was filthy in the lobby and bathroom first thing in the am...
