My first experience was excellent. The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Powell is awesome! Love the time he spent explaining everything to me in layman terms. The staff is genuinely concerned about oral health. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Wow! What a wonderful staff! I had a very nice experience at this Aspen Dental! From the moment I walked in the door the entire staff was friendly and helpful. The office is very clean and the equipment is all state of the art, including a 3-D scan of your teeth. I am considering becoming a dental lab tech and happened to ask the dental assistant about it. She not only mentioned it to the lab tech working there, but asked the office manager to speak with me about it after my check up. The office manager was extremely kind and helpful! She told me all she could about lab tech work and even took the time to bring me back and show me the lab! Just goes to show - this group goes above and beyond to make the visit to the dentist as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

It was the best experience with a dentist I've had in a long time very very long time. Kevon made me feel very comfortable explained everything thoroughly and I felt as if he cares I'm comfortable with my experience I would recommend this particular dentist highly. The ladies in the office we're extremely nice and the ladies that did my essays explained everything to me. I know when I get my teeth done it will be very nice...I could feel these people truly care about their patients!! Thank you Aspen Dental of Palm Coast...I look forward to smiling 😁

Considering twas an emergency, data sketchy, patient totally immobile after a few minor hurdles Dr. Booth with her staff rose to the occasion listened, adapted and overcame handling the emergency situation and completing the procedure giving the patient, someone's mother. Joy and peace at heart.

Front desk receptionist was not friendly. Seemed very annoyed, and was not being polite to customers. I was then taken back for X-Rays given by Linda. She was superb. She was happy, perky and friendly. The hygienist then came in, she was okay, she seemed busy and like she could use an extra set of hands. I then saw Dr. Powell. He was kind and friendly as well, although he made me listen to a 15 minute rant about flossing that made me feel like toddler. All in all, the organization seemed to be operating smoothly, and I will be returning.

On 3/3/21 I went in to Aspen Dental on Us 1 in St. Augustine, Fl.
Immediately entering Jenna was more than friendly and professional as she greeted me with compassion and concern as I was obviously in a lot of pain.
As I described what was going on, her and the rest of the staff were amazing. They got me in (and when I say got me in, they def moved mountains to ease my worries and pain) and immediately had Gio take my x-rays.. (and btw he was very informative during the x-ray process, very professional and the best part had a lot of empathy) this process was very seamless and I was grateful for that. They proceeded to work with me by changing their very busy schedules around to get me seen ASAP.. this meant everything.
Amberly was also so kind and also very informative and helpful and did everything she could to assist in my prompt relief of pain.
She then had me seen by Dr. Powell who hands down did an amazing job with my extraction.
I’m so grateful for such an experience.
To be completely honest, I went to another dentist that took my insurance across the street, but they were so rude, that I chose to pay out of pocket with Aspen, due to the awesome care that was given. If you are reading this, go see this professional team, you won’t regret it!
