I went in after a 2 month delay to have a crown reset that had fallen off. It lasted 1 day. They immediately tried to sell me a crown on another tooth and wanted replace my partial as well. $$$ I have been a patient here for 5 years. This place is all about the money.

Worst experience ever for my disabled mother. These people are LIARS and steal from the elderly. Mother was told that she had received permanent dentures and had a zero balance on her account-- actually a credit balance of $233. She was dissatisfied with the ill-fitting dentures and Aspen asked her to return so they could make dentures over again. She returned, Aspen got dental imprints, and scheduled her for final fitting. After several weeks of rescheduled appointments because Aspen had not received the dentures back from lab, she arrives for final fitting and told that she has $800+ balance on account that must be paid before she would receive dentures. Aspen told my mother that she had temporary dentures in her mouth!! -- Keep in mind this is several months later. Aspen said that she was receiving her permanent dentures, NOT REPLACEMENTS and she owed $800. My mother has spent nearly $4k. DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES...AVOID THIS PLACE!!

Aspen dental was absolutely the best!!!! Everyone there was very professional,very thorough and everything was done in one visit. One stop shop!!!! Kelsie the X-ray tech excellent. The hygienist also exceptional! Dr Nilini was super! Highly recommend them!😎

I went to aspen dental in st Augustine for a deep cleaning around my dental implants. bout a the dental hygenist was great. she was thorough efficient very calming explaining everything she was doing. I highly recommend seeing bout a for any issues

A huge thank you to The staff of Aspen Dental in St Augustine. Go ahead and laugh, but at the time I was not laughing. My dog ate my partial and I was in hysterics. With a permanent partial 2 weeks out Dr Powell and Troy the amazing lab tech stepped out of the box to go way above and beyond to create something I could live with. I am beyond thrilled. Thank you all very much!!

I absolutely love this clinic! Everyone I’ve met thus far has made me feel so comfortable. They are all so nice and do such a great job, so efficient! The oral surgeon and his assistant are amazing!

My dental dilemma began almost a year ago. I went to the Aspen Dental office in St Augustine Fl. I saw the general dentist and then the oral surgeon who I had seen years previous about the same tooth. The recommendation was removal. After the extraction I could choose to have the tooth replaced or not. Here is where my problem begins. I am taken to a member of the office staff charged with the task of discussing costs and procedures. I expressly and pointed told this representative that I had no knowledge of having a tooth pulled and/or replaced. That I wanted to know full expected costs for both my options. I was told only half the costs associated with having the tooth replaced. And I was told the same on other occasions by other employees. Everytime I had asked if my payment was in full. Answer yes. Now I find myself half way through the procedure which leaves me with a temporary post sticking up where a tooth should be and am being told I must pay another $1200 for completion. Everyone I have spoken to in attempts to get this straight all acknowledge the terrible error of the office staff. Yet the dentist still refuses to stand up to what his staff told me. Effectively I am to pay for the fact that some Aspen employees at this location are either completely incompetent or they are taught and trained to deceive patients into getting much more extensive procedures. Were I truthfully and completely informed, I would have just had the tooth pulled. I would have $1300 of my money still in the bank. And not having to deal with a dentist and dental office that lack the professionalism, business ethics and accountability to stand up to what patients are told. Be very aware of this office and dentist.

scheduling skills are terrible....takes too long for appointment....just because there is a TV doesn't mean we don't know we're sitting in the chair for 30 minutes before being seen. Husband just had an appt to put crown on and took over an hour for a 10 min procedure. Frustrating. Considering to look elsewhere. Staff is nice and all but our time is valuable.

My wife had what she explains the worst dental experience of her life and is even more scared to go to dental visits. Honestly, I cannot speak on the normal dentists there but i want to make sure everyone knows the Oral Surgeon, Dr. Milton is very impatient, non-compassionate person, and was very rude to my wife who was there to get a tooth extraction. I warn you if you need Oral Surgery completed!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

What a wonderful experience going to Aspen Dental for the first time. Everyone from the finance / office manager to the front desk people, the x-ray technician and the dentist were all professional, friendly and very helpful! I highly recommend Aspen Dental in St Augustine Florida.
