Melissa was very nice and kind while checking me in and out for my appointment. Gabby and Ashley are the greatest Ortho techs. They all have been very helpful with making and designing my sleep appliance. They are very caring and truly treat you like you matter. I have and would keep sending all my friends and family over to see Dr. Pierson and his great team over at Derby Dental Care.

I went in with a broken tooth, got a root canal same day didn’t take long at all!!!
First off the front desk was very welcoming
And the two dental assistants I had were amazing very friendly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time!!!
Second Dr.Pearson, was amazing he made sure I was very well numb before started working on my tooth and kept checking on me as well as the assistant through out the process!!!
Which was very comforting and helped my experience a lot more at ease!!

I walk in to watch a mother scramble for her insurance card which had been asked for in front of all of the other patients. The waiting room was also very cold but that's the least my concerns. After about 30 minutes of waiting, the song "take a walk on the wild side" began to play. Way to make a "colored girl" feel welcome. Then we watched as an older lady was dismissed outside to call her insurance. She had to hobble out and back in simply because the receptionists didn't seem like they wanted to help. About 15 minutes later, my room was ready. By that point, I was done. We waited a few more minutes for, we assumed the dentist, and were met with a hygienist that had no idea what I had came there for. We had filled out all of my information online when we scheduled the appointment. Shouldn't my hygienist be aware of my issues? So then they wanted to reschedule when their orthodontist was there. Why were we allowed to schedule an appointment when the needed physician wasn't present? Strange. Dont waste your time with this place.

I came in to get a root canal done, after having some pretty awful experiences on base with a filling. When I got there I was a little cold so Gabriella put a blanket on me. Lonnie, and Dr Meyers took amazing care of me, and They did everything possible to make sure I felt comfortable with a needle going in my mouth.
The whole time the made sure I was pain free and was comfortable. The staff here are all extremely personable, and interestingly enough it was a pretty enjoyable experience overall.

I visited this location today and the staff is undeniably nice and welcoming. The office spaces is super clean as well. The answered all my questions accordingly and were very professional. This is a great location for anyone to visit for dental work.

Had to go in for a root canal and some more stuff. I think I can speak for everyone, it's not a "fun" time. However Dr McDaniel and Fabi were very gentle. Wasn't in pain once! Amazing dental company and team.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING! I’ve worked in customer service for over 15 years and have yet to experience this level of service from EVERY member of any staff! Special shouts to Brenda and Kara but MAD PROPS to Elder, Lonnie and Dr. Meyers!! They know how to make everyone have a welcomed, comfortable and - dare I say it - enjoyable dentist visit. Honestly, the kindest and most genuine service ever. I’ve convinced multiple members of my family to come here and I’ll be sending more!! 5 stars are not enough!

I’m literally sitting in the chair right now typing this out. I’ve had 2 X-rays, and we discussed a pricing plan to be drawn up. I’m still here going on the 3rd hour. I came before 11 watched people come in after me, but go back before me. I get back there after 30 minutes past my appointment time and the staff (while they were all very polite) didn’t know what I was there for or if I had come in to the office before. (my X-ray detail was already pulled up on the computer from the last visit.) finally after 3 hours passing I’m told the pricing and estimated time for the procedure is 2-3 hours as long as it’s a smooth procedure. I would understand a long wait if this was a walk in situation, but it wasn’t. The reason I was given for the nearly 2 hours wait for the quote was due to faxing information to a different location to have it faxed back.

My 2nd attempt here was night and day difference. My only complaint is that Joey and his staff is not in office every day. They rotate to various offices in the area. I will only schedule appointments for when his crew is in office. Everything was flawless from customer service, to billing and scheduling my next appointment.
