I had a dental emergency and called and they got me in in a short time. Dr. Mcdaniel was awesome. Everybody there was great, being in valley center i wish i did not have to drive all that way but if i need something done on a saturday i will go see them again. when you go there ask for mandy and she will treat you like she has known you for years!!!! highly reccomend..

My permanent retainer broke unexpectedly. When I called to make an appointment and said I was in pain, they made room in the schedual and saw me immediately! Ashley was wonderful and helped explain and plan out next steps to replace my retainer and priced out invisalign options. I was very impressed that she not only fixed the problem I came in for but also helped me plan ahead!!

Dr. Hatch is so sweet and caring. He explains EVERYTHING to you, answers all questions and is very honest about stuff. They are attentive to your needs, don't make you feel like they're rushing you in and out to get onto the next person making them money. The staff is so friendly. Everyone smiles and is so polite. Like zero rudeness. I will continue to go here. My feet are planted. Especially with having so many bad experiences with a few other dental places in Wichita. I had horrible experiences with billing and being over charged and dealing with rude people at other places. The staff here are to the point, throughugh on billing with no surprises like "oh, no wait, you owe a few hundred more than what we first told you even after ran through insurance"... Yeah, none of that. Respectful. Just a great place. I don't leave reviews to often but giving credit where credit is due.

As other reviewers have said, the people are amazing. Seriously some of the kindest people I've ever met. Every. Single. Person. Huge SO to Elder for being the best dental hygienist I've had and Kimberly in insurance for remaining so patient and helpful despite my endless, pestering questions.
Cons: Finances
They'll tell you something's covered 100%, do the service, then tell you they can't verify it will be covered 100%. You'll be stuck paying them 50% of a service they said was 100% covered. Then when insurance doesn't cover 100%, they'll refuse to refund the amount insurance didn't cover, even though you only got the service because it was explicitly stated to you that it was covered 100%. So much for transparency.
If you're paying out-of-pocket or your insurance is out-of-network, do yourself a favor and shop around. Their prices are well over the UCR fees for Derby. (You can find UCR fees at fairhealthconsumer dot org).
If your insurance is in-network, make sure you know exactly what your insurance covers. It's possible your insurance doesn't cover the kind of fillings they do, they won't verify it and you'll be stuck weeks later with a bill you weren't expecting.
