Changing my review from 5 to 1. It's been over 2 months now and I figured the pain and sensitivity from the fillings I got would have subsided by now. I have had fillings in the past and NEVER had pain like this. The pain in my teeth fluctuates between a nonexistent 0 and an excruciating 10 seemingly at random. I am laying in bed unable to sleep because the pain woke me and now I'm laying here suffering. I will NEVER come back here. The people are nice but they really screwed up my teeth. They literally asked me to write the first review (should have been a red flag)

I was referred to Dr. Colt by another physician and I am so glad I was. Everyone that is a part of my dental treatment is so friendly and helpful. They all take the time to explain everything so that you know exactly what is going on. And the excellent treatment doesn't stop with the dental staff, the office staff are also great. They always have a smile and are very helpful with figuring out the financial details and the insurance. I cannot recommend all of them highly enough. Derby Dental Care is the best!

Came here on emergency treatment for pain and infection in tooth. Ended up with having to have tooth pulled. Dr and her Assistant were so gentle, kind and very efficient. The front staff were also very friendly kind, caring and professional.

I had a tooth ache and decided to call to make an appointment to have it looked at. Considering restrictions due to Covid I expected it to be a long time before they could see me. They got me in in less than 24 hours. Dr.K and Rhonda were awesome, very nice and professional.

Hygienist Samantha- Late to arrive, rude and poor in execution. Very Unprofessional. Would recommend you refuse her service if they try to set you up with her. The rest of the staff seemed nice. I will be returning to Palmer Dental Group.

Excellent care from Dr. Gunnell and Hygienist Rachael. My 8yo was showing signs of anxiety and Rachael got down on his level and showed him how the tools work and what all they do, she used kid friendly descriptions so that he would understand and feel comfortable. When Dr. Gunnell came over he repeated the process and made sure my son was comfortable with what they needed to do. He never pushed him and in fact asked him after completing each tooth with sealants if he was ready to do another tooth, giving my son the choice and power. I was just overwhelmed with the care they showed him.

The very best dental care! Friendly accommodating staff! Dr. Colt is an amazing dentist who has helped me for years ... taking care of my TMJ problems, crowns, and improving my smile with cosmetic skill. My husband and I followed Dr. Colt from a previous office and we travel nearly 5 hours (one way) from our home to the Derby Dental Clinic.
