Today I took my special needs adult child to have her teeth cleaned. She has gone to this dentist for years and they have all the paperwork about her guardianship and special needs. The last couple times she went they demanded payment from her even though they should not have. They have always sent my husband a bill and he has always paid it. They have collected payment from him and then demanded payment from her twice. Today they demanded the money and we cancelled the appointment. I then went back in to see why the directions set up for her were not being followed. I was talking to Kristen and when she was asked why my special needs child was again asked for payment she became very rude and said we should probably take my child to a different dentist. My husband then went in after work and spoke to someone who said they were the manager. He requested a copy of any charges and it looks like they have charged for things that were not given. Ever since they got bought by Wichita Dental it's been awful going here.

Lonnie and Dr. Pierson helped me and they were amazing. I was in the chair for the longest time for a root canal, but they really explained everything to me very clearly and made sure I was comfortable through the WHOLE procedure. Being someone who has tons of anxiety going to the dentist, its really nice to feel like I can trust them to make me feel better. I came back a week later still having pain and they really listened to me and tried to fix everything they could. I always had problems with dentists not listening to me or not making me feel comfortable and pain free. I NEVER have this issue with them. The front desk people are always so sweet and helpful as well and seeing Brenda when you first arrive is so welcoming. Love love love Derby Dental

Derby Dental care is the best period. I had a broken tooth on a weekend and they were able to get me in immediately. Every single person was so nice and helpful. They ran thru all the options that I had and were very helpful as to what I should do. I would recommend everyone to come here and I am super happy to be a new patient.

The entire staff is so friendly and efficient. You feel like you are at home when you come in. Everyone truly wants the best for you and they are very flexible! I was able to get in same day for a fractured tooth and Dr.Pierson was so gentle. He let me put in headphones and just relax. I have horrible anxiety so the fact that I always have such positive experiences here makes it that much better!!

best dental experience in my life! In fear of dentists I put off going until it was to late to do a simple filling. The dentists and ALL the assistants here are amazingly wonderful! They are all so kind and caring. I had a root canal done with a permanent crown placed on a front tooth all in one day! Couldn't have asked for more. I truly love them and will never go anywhere else

First time at Derby Dental care today and it was a wonderful experience :) I had Raven and she was amazing with explaining everything about my treatment plan to me. Also had a very friendly doctor. So glad I picked this dental office in Derby!!!

I unfortunately put off dental care till it's an emergency but my experience today was awesome. I had an infection and lots of swelling in the jaw. The crew was friendly and empathetic and handled me with tremendous care. No one really likes dental work but I'm very grateful for their approach and experience. Thank you so much.

Ravyn is the BEST dental hygienist!! I’ve been following the action plan to help my gum issue and at my cleaning saw great improvement. Listen to your dentist and make sure to floss!
