Was in yesterday for an emergency tooth pain. Truck driver who hasn't been to a dentist in last 20 years except for emergency tooth pulls, Dr. McDaniels assistant ( sorry can't remember her name) went above and beyond to keep me calm and talk with me during the wait between steps. I have never said this about a dentist but Dr. McDaniel was awesome and I can't wait to get back and get the rest my teeth pulled, get my dentures, and start my pain free life. Dr. McDaniel and his assistant (sorry again) are ANGELS in my eyes!!!! (just don't ask her why u gotta wear safety glasses) LOL

I appreciated all of the staffs friendliness, however I was very disappointed when I was told I would not be able to have my boyfriend in the room with me when the procedure began. It was just a filling. But for some reason they allowed him in prior to the procedure taking place. I'm terrified of the dentist and I have him in there to hold my hand while everything is going on because it calms me down. The person performing the filling also didn't allow any time for the numbing medication to kick in so I kept feeling the sharp pain. I would tell her I could feel it but she just would apply more and not give any time to allow it to kick in. I just feel that this particular visit was not as good as usual. If these issues are fixed next time I'm in I will raise my review to 5 stars.

Highly recommend! Went in for a cleaning and a tooth ache and had a great experience, which I don't normally have at a dental office. Kristina, my hygienist, did an amazing job making my teeth feel and look nice and clean. She was gentle but thorough! Dr. Meyers also did an amazing job at explaining to me what needed to be done to help my tooth ache and got me squared away with some great care! If you need a dental office that puts in effort to make you feel comfortable and truly wants to help improve your smile, I would choose Derby Dental Care every time! Thanks for the great visit!

What an awesome Dental Clinic. I had chipped my tooth the night before, waited til the morning and stumbled upon derby dental care for a emergency. The ladies in there were all wonderful & nice. They were all upfront, professional, & personable. Jenna & Dr. Myers did absolutely amazing. Would recommend! Thank you!

I had an amazing experience at Derby Dental Care. I usually get nervous when people work on my teeth but Rayven made me feel comfortable and did a great job with cleaning my teeth. They also had nice music playing like Gangnam Style! Really looking forward to coming here again.

I love this place! Not intimidating at all. The girls upfront invite you in with kindness,the doctors and nurses are gentle and sweet. And I love the constant reminders ( for those of us who have a busy life, this comes in handy) . The atmosphere is clean . Most of all ,I feel this place has the best interest for me in mind.

I’m 33 weeks pregnant and went for a consultation because one of my wisdom teeth broke. They took a look and said they could go ahead and remove it if I wanted them to. From the time they numbed that area to pulling it out was maybe 10-15 minutes and completely painless. Kara was my dental assistant and didn’t pass any judgment when I admitted I hadn’t been to the dentist in several years. Dr. Razzak was the one who looked at my tooth and did the anesthesia; she was super sweet and kind. Dr. McDaniel pulled the tooth and was nice. They all constantly checked to see if I was comfortable or in any pain or if the chair was too far back for my pregnant belly. I left impressed and cared for. I will be taking my kids here from now on.

I’ve avoided the dentist for almost a decade due to anxiety and lack of insurance. I finally gave in and came to Derby Dental Care just to find out I needed 7 crowns and 3 fillings. The staff are super personable and walk through everything very thoroughly. Dr. McDaniel has been my primary dentist and has always been very chill and eases my anxiety very quickly simply by making it seem like no big deal. Anything I’ve needed during a procedure to help ease tooth sensitivity, they have accommodated. The office is clean, staff are efficient with their time, and I can always get in for an appointment quickly (usually next day!) I don’t just come to Derby Dental because it’s right next to my house, I come because the staff aren’t crazy dentists. 😅
