Higginbotham Family Dental in Bartlett, TN

I have been going to Dt Thomas, Leigh Ann, and Carolyn for over 20 years. They and the office staff are fantastic. Needless to say, I was concerned about the change to Higginbotham Dental but I can honestly say it’s still the best. Appointments are always prompt and efficient. Never have I experienced pain with any procedure and actually I am usually talking and laughing the entire time. They are THE BEST 😁

Wanted to give an update. I know Dr. Thomas has retired, but I just wanted to say that Leigh Ann is still taking great care of me. She always makes my visits enjoyable with the utmost care. Dr Fitzhugh is now stepping in and I've already had to have some additional work done. Great job and great staff.

Today was my first visit here and let me tell you, I’ve never been to a dentist office that made me feel so welcome. The staff here are so incredibly nice! From the ladies working the front to the hygienist Leigh Ann and her assistant Kristen, I’ve never had such a great dental experience. I can not recommend this place enough! I wish I could give them 100 stars! Thank you all so much for your kindness! I’ll never go anywhere else for my dental care again and you shouldn’t either!

This afternoon I had my usual 6 month cleaning done and every single time I come Ms. Leigh Ann always makes me feel right at home and as comfortable as one can be! Literally I wouldn’t want anyone else cleaning my teeth. If she or whenever she decides to retire she would have to come out of retirement every 6 months just to clean my teeth and make me laugh. I really really enjoy Ms. Leigh Ann and the entire Higginbotham family. I’ve been coming there for a long time and you guys are truly wonderful and amazing!!! I really appreciate you guys and what you do!!! Great staff is a hard thing to come by and you guys have it! Merry Christmas 🎁🎄 to you all and until next time!!!

Audrey and her assistant are the best! Audrey has been cleaning my teeth for a while now and has always done a thorough job (the most thorough cleaning I believe I've ever had.) I met her new assistant Kristy at my last cleaning about a week ago and Kristy was very kind and professional and also did a good job of polishing my teeth before Audrey did the cleaning. If you're looking for someone who will take the extra time to make sure your teeth and gums are clean and doesn't miss anything ~ Audrey & Kristy are professional and are a great team!

My experience at Higgenbotham Dental was FAB! The staff is very kind, friendly, professional and my teeth are thoroughly clean and feel great! A treatment plan was coordinated with insurance coverage and a payment plan that fits my budget. Check it out, whitening trays provided for all patients at no cost. Wow! Thanx to Audrey, Trinity and the entire staff for making me comfortable. I look forward to my next visit.

Dr Fitz and Cherie were absolutely the best team I’ve ever had the nxountered in the dental field. They are super personal and caring. They made my tooth extraction a very relaxing and easy experience. They have a customer for life in me. If the boss man is reading this, you’re lucky to have these two on your staff. As a local business owner myself, workers like these two are rare. Take good care of them, maybe an extra vacation days or two, and perhaps a proper pay raise is in order. Do you whatever you can to keep them because with people like this on your staff the sky is the limit! Best wishes to you all and I look forward to seeing you guys again:) well. My son had a hard first visit to the dentist. Higginbotham allowed my son to watch my appointment and my husband’s. They engaged with my son about what they were doing with us. This is totally above and beyond care and was a huge help to him. He was able to be brave and have a good visit. This is now the dentist for our whole family!

I had my first visit today and everyone was really friendly and respectful of anything I didn’t want done. The building is clean and comfortable and I was seen on time, in and out. I will be back in six months :)

Very friendly, very professional, very comforting.
Dr. Fitzhugh and his assistant Catey took excellent care of me and kept me at ease. I generally have very bad anxiety about dentists, but the two of them took their time with me and helped me stay calm. I would recommend them to anyone.
