I want to praise all of the staff there. I had such an issue with my tooth and they worked me in as a new patient for the following business day. I arrived and the nice desk lady helped me with my paperwork and explained very well what to expect and how long it would be. I needed some help gathering some information and the other sweet front desk lady helped me with that issue. I was back extremely fast and Jamyria H asked me what was going on and the dentist was by my side in 5 minutes or less. He asked what was going on and took X-rays. A nice lady had to really get a good image and I’m grateful they are so thorough. The dentist explained what the results were and gave me the options. Jamyria then came back and waited with me. She and I chitchatted and we had some good laughs. Ashley M then came back to discuss every single payment option I had. I had some questions and she was so nice at responding with responses I could understand! She even revised another quote for me. Once my appointment was over, Jamyria even helped put my jacket on and walked me out. I did not have a physical card with me and they were able to take my Apple Pay. What a refreshing experience. I never felt like a patient and it was such a great experience, I couldn’t stop smiling, even though my tooth was killing me. What a great bunch of kind hearted employees. Great communication, great customer service, smiling faces everywhere, beyond helpful and very detailed. I’m pretty much their forever patient after just one visit.

Dr Fitzhugh is great at numbing the gum and excellent at giving shots! ! ! You can tell he enjoys what he does. He is very polite and professional.

So ive always had a fear with dentist, and it took me a while to trust someone, but Higginbotham is by far the best! Everyone makes you feel welcomed and comfortable, and the doctors go over their plan with you every step of the way and take time to answer your questions!

They are great! Had an implant put in which sounds awful but was not that bad at all. All of the staff was courteous and friendly. They patiently answered all my questions. Dr. Fitzhugh is really knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. One final thing I did not have to wait around . They started working on me right away which is pretty unusual for dentists and doctors. You normally have to wait around. Highly recommend!
Quick update. The implant I received in June 2022 has healed and I got my new tooth in December 2022. I can’t believe how natural it looks. I’m really happy with the final results and want to thank Dr. Adam Fitzhugh for a job well done!
