Higginbotham Family Dental in Bartlett, TN

The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable & professional!! They really take care of my teeth, and are always open to answer my questions. I could not recommend them enough!! I enjoy every visit!!

I have been going here for years, even before it became Higginbotham Family Dental, and the service is always excellent! Audrey is the main hygienist that I see and she does a phenomenal job. I always look forward to seeing her! She literally treats you like you are family and always has a smile on her face. Would highly recommend going to see them for any work on your teeth!

I had been with my dentist in Bartlett since I was a kid and when they were bought out by Higginbotham I had concerns since those kind of things rarely work out, but I'm happy to say I needn't have worried. They upgraded actually and while my dentist retired, the new one has been phenomenal. My hygienist has since retired but the new one is great, and the one that assisted me today (not my normal one) Mattie was very friendly. They are still able to get my last minute patchups scheduled quickly also.

I had an amazing experience at Higginbotham Family Dental in Bartlett! I was super nervous because it'd been a while since I'd last seen a dentist and I knew I had some pretty serious things brewing. Peyton was a great help in setting up my appointment and giving me the new patient intro. She was so friendly over the phone and in person! Then Kristy was so sweet and patient while getting me situated, taking my x-rays and just checking in on me periodically. (It was such a relief to start a “dreaded” dental appointment with great encounters right off-the-bat!) Leighann was my hygienist and stellar! Seriously, she was awesome. Her bedside manner and knowledge were an experience all on its own. She had me rolling the entire time she cleaned on my teeth! She was fantastic. Dr. Higginbotham checked my teeth and even started on some of my treatments same-day! He was very tentative, answered all my questions and made sure I was always comfortable. Plus, his easy-going, friendly personality is exactly what I want in a dentist. I was very impressed. Anna assisted with my treatment and she was a real sweetie. She was thoughtful and encouraging throughout my treatment. I'm telling you, I've never had such a fun experience at the dentist! Amanda, Krystal & Melissa helped with the check-out process, billing/insurance questions and were just as nice and friendly as the rest of the staff. You can tell that they all really love their jobs which turned my weary, dental dread into a great experience from start to finish. THANK YOU ALL for going above and beyond. It is truly appreciated.

I've suffered from dental anxiety for years due to bad experiences with dentist. From the moment I walked in the door, Dr. Fitzhugh and the entire staff were friendly and immediately put me at ease. The service has always been exceptional, and I've always felt like I was a priority when sitting in the chair. I came to Higginbotham Family Dental because I wanted a 2nd opinion on a quote that another dentist provided me. Well, let's just say that I have gotten EVERYTHING done for the price that the other dentist was trying to charge me to do a fraction of the work. I'm so glad I finally found a dentist and staff that I feel comfortable with. I highly recommend them!!

I was in need of a cracked tooth repair. I scheduled an appointment online on the weekend and showed up Monday morning. They got me right in and repaired the tooth. Catey, Mattie, and Dr. Fitzhugh were all fantastic!! Definitely recommend this place!!!!!

Dr. Fitzhugh is absolutely amazing! He is by far the best dentist I have ever had. The staff is friendly and amazing as well! If you need your smile to be all it can be, he is the dentist for you! Highly recommend! Go see him, you will not regret it!

Dr. Fitz and his staff are the best. If you need a good dentist he's your guy.. Very passionate about what he does . Your in good hands with him.

I have been fortunate to be a patient of this dental clinic, mainly Dr. Thomas, for over 30 years. Also, have had Audrey help preserve the health of my teeth by cleaning and keeping an eye out for any problems. Kristy is a welcome addition to their staff.

This place is awesome!! The chairs were so comfy I almost fell asleep ! The doctor was so sweet and kind and chatted while she worked! She offered tips and advice and named the price of things that would further promote my dental health. She was so charming. For the first time in , a very long time I think I can finally smile !
