Higginbotham Family Dental in Bartlett, TN

Absolutely amazing service, friendly, and willing to listen to any issue or request you may have! Maddy is always professional, gentle, and kind! She introduced me to Higginbotham dental and I couldn’t be more thankful. Dr. Fitzhugh is also super professional, and has been able to answer any question I’ve had regarding previous dental work from other offices. I’ve never had a long wait, or any complaints with staff. Very comforting for people who have anxiety about the dentist!!

Ps- they also play good music!!

Ok, I am not a morning person. However, with job responsibilities I scheduled my 8:00 a.m. appointment with Higginbotham. Let me tell you, these people are wonderful in that office. I walked in and such cheerful greetings and it made you go "hey, this day might be okay afterall!" They took me right back to the room for my teeth cleaning. I can't remember the names but the sweet girl that got me comfortable in the chair was just very helpful as I poured out my back problems and she asked me if I needed a pillow or blanket to help prop me up if I felt uncomfortable. What?! How nice was that! The lady that did my cleaning was so good and took her time even though I know she had MANY patients ahead of her for the day. The doctor came in and he is always thoughtful and thorough. I wholeheartedly recommend this dentist office and glad that I found them. It is not a put on. They treat everyone well and I certainly recommend them.

I visited Higginbotham Family Dental for the first time today and I was very pleased with the dental assistant and my hygienist Audrey. She was knowledgable and made sure that I knew what was necessary for my dental health care. My doctor also was very kind and professional. I appreciated the excellent care I received.

Always enjoy my dental visits at HFD Bartlett! My husband & I drive 3.5 hours for the type of care we receive here. Dana is my hygienist and she is the best! She is very through & gentle & explains everything in detail. She makes me feel like family. Dr. Fitzhugh takes amazing care of me & my teeth. Victoria & Kristen are helpful & super sweet. Ashley at the front is on top of her game. This place is top notch!

I've been taking my daughter here for years but this was my first time going to a dentist since 2009. I have an absolutely garbage mouth. I went in for what turned out to be a wisdom tooth and they ended up referring me to a surgeon and cleaning my teeth. The whole time they didn't show any aversion or disgust. They were respectful and polite. I showed up 3 minutes ahead of my appointment and 2 minutes later I was in a chair. Honoring appointment times has become a rare thing these days and it was refreshing to see how prompt they were. Everyone there was amazing

Their staff goes above and beyond to ensure you receive the best care from start to finish. From appt reminders weeks out up to the hour before , affordable treatment plans that are actually talked through during appt , to comfort during procedures. My overall health has improved 100% and I no longer dread going to the dentist.

I live this place. Extremely clean and inviting. Front office professionals are so sweet always smiling. Back office staff always help each other while working which is sweet just how a work family should be. Thank you all for being the best of the best keep up the great work!!!!

I love this place! Every single person who works there is super friendly. My hygienist, Dana, really listens to any concerns I have and she makes sure to do everything she can to help. Highly recommend!!!

I have been going to dentist all my life.... age 57. Going to Higginbotham Family Dentist. I learned a few things. Service was great. Staff was great. Office was nicely equipped with all the things needed for keeping your teeth happy and healthy.

First time meeting Dr. Fitz, he was amazing! I needed a Root Canal and was so scared. Victoria and him walked me through it and I greatly appreciate them. I did not feel any pain or discomfort. They were fast with the procedure too!
