There are so many wonderful things that I can say about this dentist office. Everyone in the office is so professional, so nice and I have to be honest I was a little apprehensive about trying a new dentist. First of all I had to go to the dentist office 4th of July weekend due to a tooth ache and that's when I met the best dental hygienist Audrey!!!! She has really been a God send. She made sure that I was super comfortable and walked me through my entire procedure. Dr. Todd---I have named him the humming Dentist....hit literally hmms while he works and it totally puts you at ease... If you are looking for am amazing practice that displays over the top customer service you should def. give this office a call. Located in Bartlett, TN!!!!!! Audrey you really have made a new bff!!!! Thank you for always being so kind, so educational and for simply being You.... This entire STAFF and OFFICE ROCKS!!!!!!!!!

Had a great dental experience at the Bartlett office today. The front staff were all four so polite and welcoming. LeighAnn has cleaned my teeth for years and always does a great job. Her assistants Brittany and Kristin were pleasant and knowledgeable as well.

First timer at HFD and I loved it! Everyone from the front desk to check out were extremely nice. Smiles on all faces. Leigh Anne and her assistant were awesome and so kind. Best teeth cleaning I think I’ve ever had. Dr. Fitzhugh was great and just as nice. Everything was thoroughly explained step by step as they were doing it. It is a very wonderful atmosphere. As I was leaving, everyone I passed in the hallway told me bye. I highly recommend this place. It is very rare to walk into any office doctor or dentist and be treated so wonderfully by literally everyone there. You guys rock!

I have had probably five dentist in my life time - and can say Dr. Fitzhugh is hand's down the BEST! He is always cheerful (but not over cheerful); is respectful and kind to staff; quite sympathetic to my pain level, making sure I'm as comfortable as possible. Most important, his dental procedures are always neat & complete with everything in place. My husband & me both have (finally) found our dental home!!
