Awesome service since I got into the practice! Blonde lady at the counter was very kind, Melissa was going the extra mile with me which I appreciate a LOT! And of course, Doctor Raffoul, funny and gentle since the introduction. I loved the service, but most important, the expertise and passion each of them demonstrated. 5 stars for sure!

If you needed a sign that you were selecting the “right” office, this is it! I did so much research before finally landing on Family, Implant and Cosmetic, but the reviews finally convinced me to go and they did not disappoint. The hospitality this place showed me is something I cherish deeply, it goes a long way when you’re already stressed about treatments and finances. The front staff remembered me and my name on just my second visit, Diane was my Hygienist and she took such great care of me, from nerves, to helpful tips and even keeping me entertained during my appointments - this woman actually had me excited to go to the dentist, thats how amazing she is at what she does. She even checked in on me after I left to see how I was feeling, she is truly a gem. Dr. Patel is my dentist and I have a long treatment plan ahead that I’m optimistic about. This is years overdue but I definitely have the right team in place to help me, the first step is just going, they will set you up and take care of the rest. Do it!!

I am so grateful for the care and patience I get here. I had a beautiful smile and teeth growing up, then circumstances caused me to start losing teeth. I was truly almost deathly afraid of the dentist, but these folks held my hand and gave me boxes of tissues as I crIed through the first few visits. Now, with the loving care and treatment I have received, I look forward to going in to see them, and am excited at the care plan they created with me to restore my smile........trust me, YOU will LOVE them!

I've had cleanings, whitening and a bridge put here over the last year and have been satisfied with every experience. The facility is amazing with Netflix in the private rooms for longer procedures and their tech and tools they have are impressive. Everyone is friendly and they are well staffed. I've never had to wait for my appointment and their pricing is competitive.

It have been years since I have seen a dentist when I left Virginia. I was going through the list and all the other dentist were booked to December or never call me back. I went online for emergency dentist. Once I was on your website, it was easy to view everyone background and had the day I want to schedule an appointment was fast. Everyone was nice and talk to me to make sure I understood and let me make the decision on I want to have done. Technology has grown and it was nice to watch TV while he was working on my tooth. I like the atmosphere. I like how they call to get more information before I can in and the location is great.

I found this office after asking in church for a referral for a dentist that handle someone who has avoided dentists for years due to past painful experiences and I also have extreme anxiety and fear sometimes even nightmares and cold sweats about dentist...I've had two preliminary visits for some major work that I'm about to have done, and this office is not only to provide the sedation I need to have the work, but also every person has set me at ease, been understanding, compassionate and welcoming. I feel completely confident and at ease about the upcoming surgery and procedure, this is an answered prayer not only just for teeth issues but also health issues as mine have started to progress. I would suggest anyone who has dental reservations or fears, make an appointment to get to know them, your options and how they could help.

The staff are very friendly, very accommodating and very good. I just got out of the military and didn't have a dentist, I cracked a crown and needed immediate treatment. The staff got me in the next business day and had a temporary crown in place within an hour. Needless to say I have found my new dentist. I was recommended to family implant by three freinds and I am glad I listened. Great people, great environment I'd give them six stars if I could.
