My experience at Family, Implant & Cosmetic Dentistry has been phenomenal. My dentist, Dr. Klaib, moved to this Brandon office from Lakeland. He always has made me feel at home as if I was a friend. I knew what to expect from Dr. Klaib but didn't know what to expect from the rest of the team. Well. I must say the rest of the team has been professional, courteous and friendly and made me feel right at home, like family. Must say also my hygienist, Mattie, made my cleaning experience a fun experience.
Great care. I highly recommend this great team to everyone. Oh, by the way, dental care is the best.

Everyone at the office is super friendly. Put my nerves at ease and we’re willing to talk over a plan to help with finances. Michael and Sarah are awesome as well as Dr. Raffoul.

Best dental service and customer service I've experience to date. The staff was so friendly and personable. Everyone that came in greeted them like lifelong friends and it was an extremely calming and refreshing experience. The dentist was cool as a fan as well very easy to talk to and took the time to get to know some things about me and we shared some laughs about family and these trying times (shout out to 2020). It was also very quick which was important since I was questioning if I would have time to pick up my kids from school but the in and out service allowed me to arrive early. I highly recommending this place.

I have been a patient of Family, Implant & Cosmetic Dentistry for a little over a year now. I have received nothing but the best care!! I was in yesterday, 9/30/21 for my clean and of course my Hygienist, Lindsay was there to greet me with her smiling face like always!! She talks to me like a friend she hasn't seen in a couple months...literally..LOL! We talk about our families and what's been going on since my last appt. I really appreciate that! I got to meet Dr. Klaib yesterday. He was very friendly and really took the time to explain what's going on and the best course of action we should take. I would recommend this practice to ALL of my family and friends! Even if you don't live close to the office, think about it?! How often do you come to the dentist? Twice a year unless you require more attention. If this office was to move, it wouldn't matter where the location would be... I'd drive there!!!!

My initial visit was quite pleasant with the staff and Dr. Raffoul being very focused on explaining everything and making the experience as comfortable as possible.

There were a few hiccups concerning my insurance and treatment plan during my follow up visit.

After several visits over the course of a year I am looking for a new provider. Unannounced rescheduling of appointments, fillings that are painful, and communication mix ups leave me desiring an office more reliable for the care I need.

We all dread going to the Dentist, you will never feel that way again after you meet this Dentist and his Team! Treat you like Family, but still Smarter and more professional than any Dentist I’ve seen in California or Florida, he CARES, is honest about your options and is Funny as can be! So grateful I found him! You will be too! A little over a year ago Dr. Fadi Raffoul pulled all my teeth, & installed some implants, so today I visited the office for my 3rd cleaning, and got Mattie as my Hygienist, Professional, CARING, recognized me as a faithful patient that Loves Dr Fadi and every one of his Staff, Mattie got rid of all of the coffee and nicotine staines on my Beautiful Smile! So grateful I found Dr. RAFFOUL, 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love how this office works like a well oiled machine! Every one is so friendly and eager to help. No waiting for appointments or in office. Dr Fadi is amazing and Mattie is the friendlier dental hygienist I’ve ever met. I’ve switched my whole family to this 5 star place.

I had my wisdom teeth removed today and they did not disappoint! The procedure was done faster than I had anticipated. I appreciate Dr. Fadi Raffoul along with the anesthesiologist and professionals who helped in removing my wisdom teeth. My mother also went here and loved her experience here as well. These professionals are trusted by us and should be trusted by you too! Everyone up front are very kind and respectful as well, so overall this place is the best hands down!

I highly recommend switching to Family Implant & Cosmetic Dentistry in Brandon. Fadi Raffoul is friendly, knowledgeable, and doesn’t push you into unnecessary procedures. Mattie Hines is an extremely personable and skilled hygienist. Parking at their location is great and it’s worth driving to Brandon if you live in the Thonotosassa and Fish Hawk areas twice a year for an awesome dental practice!
