I have had a great experience here at the Brandon office. Mattie, Liz, Ernesto, and Dr. Klaib are all so cool and comforting during the extensive work I had done. They treated me very well, and I knew I made the right decision making this the office for my family and I.

Definitely deserving of 5stars.
Another visit with amazing customer care. All staff and Drs ensure you are looked after from minute you walk in up until you leave.

Dr Raffoul and Michael are kind and tentative, always willing and able
find solutions for any issue or concern you may have. I love their attention to detail with their work, no doubt they have the best interests for their clients. Never pushy, always supportive!

I had a cleaning with Diane who was very kind and gentle. I loved that she took her time to inform and educate during the process too!

My experiences are always positive and I highly recommend!

edit: Hoping to get this corrected after call from Dr. Went here specifically for IV sedation with a clearly communicated goal to be knocked out and have everything fixed at once. I expressed this to no less than four associates, including the doctor, during the consultation and multiple exams.

$5000.00 and two missed days of work later, I still have one tooth needing a crown, another needing a filling, and pain in the teeth they did work on.

I have called several times to discuss solutions, but they have already received full payment, and now I can barely get anyone to return my calls. I did receive one call from Doctor Clay who said he would contact my regular dentist for my x-rays (which were already done), and get back with me to discuss options, and that there must have been a “miscommunication” (there wasn’t one on my part), and that they would work with me on correcting what still needed to be fixed, but there has been zero follow through in over a month now. I have also confirmed with my regular dentist there has been no request for the x-rays.

now have to miss more work to go to my regular dentist to have what was left undone horrected without sedation.

I wish I can give 10 stars! I highly recommend this place for any dental work! They are fast acting, efficient & amazing! All smiles in and out. 10/10 in my book :)

Over the weekend I experienced an emergency with my tooth . I was able to be seen very quickly on Monday. This office is the best and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely comfortable while I was receiving treatment to take care of my tooth issues. I wanted to mention the two dentist who actually did the work on my teeth but I can’t recall their names at this time but they are the best so nice and professional this place is amazing.

The staff are all so friendly and listen to you and that puts you at ease. Ty for a great cleaning. Would definitely recommend this dental clinic

Deceitful invoicing practices overshadow good hygienist’s work. At first, we moved to this area and paid 95 extra for my husband’s regular yearly cleaning that is fully covered by insurance. We were too embarrassed to ask but when we delved into invoicing, we realized they charged for fluoride treatment which he never requested. When my turn came along, they charged me 100 extra for additional X-rays they claimed insurance won’t cover. Paid it without question believing them. I was quoted over $13,000 for 2 dental implants. I declined and signed paperwork confirming my cleaning should NOT include fluoride. Low and behold at my cleaning appt, they greeted me at front desk asking for $95. Of course they were sooo sorry for this mistake when I told them I already declined. Again my husband’s 2nd cleaning was scheduled and of course they asked for the additional fluoride money and again they apologized claiming it was the hygienist fault. I just got home from yet another confrontation when they simply smile and say “i can take care of that $110 you owe us for today’s visit “. Prices went up of course. At that point I literally lost it and advised her I will be reaching out to BBB for deceitful practices. Again she blamed the hygienist. Ridiculous. No dentist is worth that aggravation. And oh by the way, 2 cleanings and not a single doctor came in to check as other dentists do. I will also report that to my insurance company if it matters.

Will share my experience once more when my dental implants are complete but was so impressed with Dr. Raffoul and his team today that I'm leaving my 1st review. Dr. Raffoul is top of the trade and also worked with me to make other needed procedures possible.

Staff seems great but wait times are lengthy even with appointment. On top of that being in network with insurance the treatments are very expensive but the quality of care has to match the price!
