Returned for dental hygiene and had an equally easy, friendly and professional experience. I already scheduled my next visit because the staff and doctors have proven to be consistent in providing excellent care.

In the process of getting a new front bridge and am very confident in this staff's experience and abilities to deliver a great end result.

Today was my first of many visits with Dr. Klaib and his amazing staff. I’ve struggled for many years to find a Dentist that I felt comfortable with and I’m so happy my long search ended today. I’ve found my forever Dentist! From the minute I walked in the door, the front desk staff was warm and friendly, and Maddie the Hygienist and Dr. Klaib were PHENOMENAL! They both took the time to explain things about my teeth that no other office has ever done before. I don’t have dental insurance and they have an in office plan that makes all of it affordable. I never thought I’d be able to afford perfect teeth but now I can. Skilled, thorough, state of the art, friendly, clean, and comfortable. Stop searching for your Dentist and book an appointment with Dr. Klaib. You’ll be glad you did!

They are genuinely concerned about the wellbeing about their patients. Very easy to work with schedule and payments.

I was not an existing patient but had an emergency and they fit me in the very same day. The whole staff, from the receptionists to the hygienists and the doctor, was very pleasant and professional. They will definitely be my dentist from here on! Thank you for your care!

Everyone here is fantastic! Very calming and they care about your overall comfort level. I would recommend this office to anyone who has dental fears. Looking forward to my future appointments and new smile.

Great experience from start to finish. Initially, I was a little leary of going to a new dental office. Thankfully, each staff member I met was kind and friendly, putting me at ease. The dentist (Dr. Puja Patel), hygienists, and dental assistants each thoroughly explained the plan for the visit and what they were going to do. During my treatment, they were very considerate of my comfort and I did not experience any pain. Later, they me gave me a detailed breakdown of my treatment options and I never felt pressured into one choice or another. I will definitely return to this office in the future.

This is by far the best dental clinic I have ever been to everyone is super friendly very knowledgeable and very gentle

*star- initial review* Run - the office will confirm with you 4-5 times, they will be 45 minutes late on average. You may even have a different dentist performing the procedure - that’s if they can agree on the procedure you are scheduled for then they have the audacity to charge you a deposit on your next procedure before you can even make an appointment. RUN. RUN FAR -

Overall they will have you fooled. Pleasant, sweet, caring and then A doesn’t know why B arrived let alone what next steps may be. Will be requesting a refund on my deposit so more to follow…….

I thought I found a respectable professional office for maintenance, cosmetic and general dentistry. I believe all deserve a 2nd chance so today was that chance and they blew it; not by a bit of inconvenience but a waste of 1.5 sick days, 90 minutes of travel, unnecessary meds and same toothache

So RUN & don’t look back. Hopefully I take my own advice - that will depend on the outcome of my requested refund of deposit……….🤦🏻‍♀️🤬

****star****PART TWO - I must let you know that 2nd chances sometimes can lead to 3rd chances. For some reason I believe Dr Raffoul is worth the “crazy” I feel when I’m back in his office. There’s a connection I can’t explain 🤷🏻‍♀️ & I don’t have it with many but I’m back in his chair dictating my needs & with his charm & compassion plus his professional skills appears to have me at ease.

Don’t let them rush you. Explain your needs and stick with a single point of contact. As a dentist, Dr Raffoul is top notch and his staff couldn’t be sweeter My extra chances I took as paid off for now. I will continue to add to my review if I feel it’s something everyone should know.

In the meantime, give em a try. Do not expect perfect but do anticipate a staff with smiles, who are eager to meet your needs and a dentist with a great bedside manner & skillset

I called this morning for an urgent appointment since my dentist does not take my new insurance. I was greeted with a calm helpful voice who made space for me to come in at 10am same day. Every single person was really sweet and kind. I’m sorry to loose my old dentist but these people are ALL really great too! It’s closer to my house and Dr.Patel even asked me what I would like for my dental plan to get my smile back where I want it. No one has ever taken the time to ask me what I actually wanted, so that meant a lot. I’m really glad to have landed in their care going forward for my dental care.
