This office is the best! The staff made me feel comfortable. Dr. Fadi Raffoul was the sweetest and I will continue to come to the office for dental care. I couldn’t have asked for a better dental team. I highly recommend you visit them for your dental needs. Can’t forget to say how much I loved my new accessory (ice pack head band)

I just had another 6 months cleaning and check-up. I have been coming here since 2002, when I moved to Brandon. I have since moved first to South Tampa and now live in Sun City Center. I feel so good after my dental appointments here, that I keep coming back. Yes, they are worth the long drive! The service is always great. Diane does a wonderful and thorough job cleaning my teeth. I left the dental office today once again with my teeth feeling like new. Thank you, Sonja

It is literally a pleasure going to Family Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry. I have always avoided going to the dentist since due to some trauma I experienced as a kid at the dentist’s office. The staff here is top notch. They always make me feel comfortable and never shame me for not keeping up with my flossing as I probably should. I’ve moved away from the area but have no issues making the hour and a half drive for my visits. Treatment like this is hard to find these days. I appreciate everyone here who goes out of their way to make sure that I am relaxed and comfortable during my visit. Thank you!

Had a great first time experience. Came in for a dental emergency and Dr. Klaib was able to take care of me. He made sure I understood the process and re assured me I would be perfectly fine. Every staff member there was a pleasure to deal with.

This dentist pulled out my fathers implants and teeth. I am his daughter and very upset over this situation. They were supposed to pull out only 2 teeth and these teeth are what was holding the implants in place. The implants came out AFTER he left their office…. My dad is in his mid 60s and is telling me they excused his $90 bill after pulling out his $13k implants ON ACCIDENT. They said for him not to worry about it and they’ll figure it out in the next appointment. They then bring him in and look at the implant site and say they cannot do anything about it, and quote him for 53k for a new set of implants. Then they tried to charge him $90 for the appointment and he told them he wasn’t going to pay for that as to which they then said “not to worry about it we’ll write this off for you.” This happened last year 2021. My dad has had NO TEETH in his mouth since last year and I’m just learning about this situation now?????? My dad CANNOT chew his food properly and his risk of choking is dramatically increased now because of not having teeth to chew anymore. Do you not understand how upsetting this as his child to see? What kind of company is this? He said he also GAVE you guys the implants that came out. And then you guys said you can look at his teeth about putting them back in or getting a new set and it will cost him $53k for a whole new set!!!!! WHY NOT GIVE HIM DENTURES? WHY NOT PUT IT BACK IN? I’m very upset my god!!!! You guys made his life and teeth worse than ever before! Very sickening your low reviews speak for themselves.

I have been going to Family Implant for over 20+ years and it is a very good environment and my hygienist (Diane) is amazing! She is so gentle, thoughtful and it is always a really excellent experience.
I highly recommend this business!!

I met Dr Raffoul and staff yesterday at my initial consultation. All I can say is just wow! There are many great dentists out there, most kind and skilled but Dr Raffoul and his staff really connected with me and I felt that my case was looked at thoroughly and all options presented. He spent at least 30 minutes with me personally. I can't say enough good things, best of the best!!

From the moment you walk in the door you will be treated like family. Everyone is so friendly and so helpful. I really can’t brag enough on how knowledgable and kind the staff is. I had anxiety about going to the dentist from past experiences but not anymore. I fell asleep while they worked on my teeth… can’t get anymore comfortable than that. I’m so happy to have a healthy smile again, thanks to Dr. Klaib!

A zero star "VIP" experience!
I was there last year and right from the start the atmosphere was weird... It was a hygienist lady that checked me in and did the scan, and all I could hear was: please come in my VIP customer, get into our VIP room, seat on our VIP chair... It was incredibly awkward! Long story short , they priced my teeth for over 20k which was an incredible amount of money for me, so I decided to post pone the surgery for no longer than 3 months to revise the budget. I followed up with them 3 times about new date and never heard anything back, I was completely ignored. So not only I paid and waisted $250 dollars just to see and consult the surgeon but they just sent me another invoice months later to pay as my insurance haven't covered some scans. Seeing now other bad reviews it looks like it's their common thing to do so I must review it thoroughly. But things turned out perfectly as I ended up having my surgery in the amazing implantology office with paying way LESS and way better customer service, a real VIP service. Take my advice and do your research, you can do it better and cheaper somewhere else, I fell for 5 stars reviews and wanted to proceed with surgery blindly thinking, this is the best option, it is not! And I am so disappointed as I waisted my time and money!

I had an unexpected amazing experience at Family Implant & Cosmetic Dentistry in Brandon this afternoon. After having many unpleasant dental appointments in the past with rude staff and drs from other clinics that always seemed to be in a hurry and didn’t really seem to care how I felt about what I needed, today was exciting and every single person I had contact with was happy and very good at their jobs. I left confident I would feel that way with every appointment I have scheduled.. Actually looking forward to something I had put off way too long..Thank you Dr Klaib and all the staff I met today😊
