All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. They care for you as though you are family. They are very detailed and they explained everything to me step by step. You can tell they just want was is best for you. Amanda was very thorough with my cleaning and was always asking if I was in any pain or discomfort and Dr. Raffoul sincerely cared that I have the best looking and healthiest mouth possible and has made me excited about my options! Best dental office and staff you will ever encounter guaranteed :)

I almost do not want to leave this review, because I don't want to share my amazing dentist and awesome staff with anyone else :)

I found this office through a Google search after visiting 3 other dental offices in Brandon over the past 2 years. I found myself settling for mediocre dentistry, and feeling just like a "number" in other offices. After finally realizing that I need to make a move to find another dentist, I called and scheduled my first appointment.

From the first phone call to having my first service completed, I was amazed. Not only is literally everyone in the dentist office kind, they truly make you feel like you have known them for years. The ladies at the front desk are always all smiles, and full of compliments. The dental hygienist is so gentle that I almost forgot I was getting my teeth cleaned. The dental assistant's Michael and Melissa are amazing. They even gave me a tour of the office, and to see how my crown was being made. And most of all Dr. Raffoul, is the kindest, most personable dentist you will ever meet. He gives you his professional opinion to ensure your overall oral health. I have a lot of anxiety when going to a dentist for even a filling, but he always makes me feel comfortable and is very gentle, yet thorough in his amazing work. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would.

This is the best dentist office I have ever been too. The staff is great, and the office is clean. I would highly recommend.

Carla and Dr. Fadi Raffoul were the absolute best. I called around 30 different oral surgeon offices to try to get my two wisdom teeth extracted ASAP and this office was the only one that would work with me. Their receptionist, Ashely, was so awesome giving me information over the phone also. Carla made sure I was very comforted and got on a personal level with me which made me feel more at ease. Dr. Fadi was so funny and nice. He had such a positive attitude and made me laugh. They extracted my two wisdom teeth and made sure I was taken care of. I just moved to Florida and I have found a new permanent dentist to go to now!

I had a great experience at this dental
office. Dr. Raffoul and his staff were extremely nice and gave me the best treatment options for great prices. He really cares about his patients and will do what’s best for them no matter what it requires. i highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for any dental care

I just wanna say how amazing all the staff was. I felt like a movie star walking in and right away everyone greeted me with a warm welcome by name. They even remembered what I did for a living and asked how work was going. I got there 15 mins early and didn't have to wait long at all. I wad asked if I comfortable and or nervous, I let them know I was excited to be there and comfortable. I was also greeted by several of the doctors and my Hygienist Amanda was awesome! She explained everything that was going to happen and if I felt any discomfort she would take care of me with more numbing gel or more if I needed. Amanda was very outgoing and knowledgeable, her beside manner was amazing. We had lots to talk about even though I couldn't say much... Lol. She is a gift to her craft and made this experience one of the most pleasant I have ever had. Believe it or not I can't wait to go back. I would recommend Family, Implant & Cosmetic Dentistry to anyone.

By FAR the best Dentist ever!!!! Office staff is extremely professional and makes you feel like family from the moment you call. Got me in as a new patient the same day. Every time I am there I wait for probably no more than 5 minutes. They really respect your time. The actual dental work is phenomenal! I needed 2 crowns on my front teeth due to a childhood trauma and they look amazing!!! I did whitening before the final crown and everything matched perfectly. Even the way Dr Raffoul does the numbing is great. Felt way less painful than any other dentist I have ever been too!! I had a few cavities on top and bottom and he was able to all fillings the same day. The hygienist is super friendly and did an amazing job as well. I can not recommend this office enough!!!

I always get the best treatment here! I’ve been coming here for over a year now and only have great things to say!! I’ve gotten anything from a cleaning to getting my wisdom teeth removed and they did a fantastic job! Lindsey and Amanda are my favorite! They always make me feel completely comfortable and most important keeping my teeth looking perfect!!

A co-worker of mine referred me to thurs practice and I'm elated that she did! Never have I ever walked into ANY doctor/dentist and be personally greeted by just about the entire staff! I did not have any cavities when I walked in but I did when I left because everyone was super sweet! My dental assistant Raysa was gentle while taking xrays with that huge contraption in my mouth..Super friendly!! Lindsey, my hygienist showed that she was genuinely there to keep me informed of everything that is going on. Dr. Raffoul was very nice and welcomed me to the practice. Went over everything with me, in detail. The office manager Ashley broke down my billing step by step and made it incredibly easy to see exactly what I was being billed for. This practice has the best pricing I've seen!!! I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to Family Implant and cosmetic Dentistry!
