Dr Raffoul is a wonderful amazing fantastic person and professional. He has the biggest heart and loves making his patients happy. I am so so lucky to have found him, I cannot recommend him enough! His entire staff loves him as well and they are all pretty great to work with too! He does beautiful work and is a perfectionist about the outcome! You'll be happy with Dr Rafoul's care I have no doubt! Thank you Dr Raffoul and staff!!! I'm looking forward to my new beautiful smile!

The staff was amazing very caring, very friendly, constantly making sure I was ok. And I cannot say enough about Dr. Raffoul he is amazing, I was afraid of dentists until I met Dr. Raffoul, he made me feel safe and not scared. I got my implants on Thursday and it's only Saturday and I have no bleeding and I feel great, and my smile is gorgeous. All thanks to this great dentist.

Its was great! From staff to the doctors and techs. They made feel comfortable and wanted. Talk to me like I was real person not a number. No long wait times, and made sure all my questions was before I could even ask and sent me out with a smile 😃

Not a great experience. Staff overbooks and I waited over 45 min to be seen for a cleaning. Rescheduled and they booked an exam not a cleaning, so had to change my appt time again. Hygienist was thorough but treatment room is dirty. Ceiling tiles are old and chipped, windows dirty, cabinets chipped and overall office is need of repair. Waiting room has Wi-Fi that does not work. This lack of basic attention leads me to wonder the status is of their dental equipment. The Hygienist couldn’t get the high pressure water system to work for several minutes and the safety glasses provided were dirty. My overall impression is they are looking for quantity (more people=more money) not quality dental experience. Two stars only because the Hygienist was efficient.

Always a chill and easy visit! Cleanings with Mattie are the best, she listens to every little quirk and question you have. Dr. Raffoul, Dr. Klaib are wonderful and patient. The entire staff is easy going and the office vibe is always calm and accommodating.

I'm not a difficult patient but my great quality given genes make me probably one of the most difficult like a small mouth (family may feel a different way) narrow jaw. I always give this place one hell of a time to make the impossible possible and I couldn't be happier with the results. I'm forever thankful for your hard work and dedication.

Broke a tooth….lots of pain. Rosa, Sylvia and Sally got me in after a cancellation! I was so grateful and pleased with my experience, Michael and Dr Patel were amazing. Can’t forget Josie(sp) the hygienist. Most modern well equipped, comfortable and professional dental practices I have ever been to. THANK YOU!

I had my very first bone graft done by Dr. Raffoul today and he was amazing. Ernesto also assisted and he was so kind and wonderful. I am so happy I found Family Implant & Cosmetic. I look forward to getting my dental implant! Thank you for all you do. 🙂

My husband and I are not from the area. We were traveling from Naples to help our daughter move into her new environment in Clearwater. I had a tooth extraction done in June in Bonita Springs and was having major issues with it, sinus pain, inflammation etc., On my first visit, I was impressed with his assistant Mike and then after a quick evaluation, Dr. Raffoul understood the problem happening after my extraction, and did a good cleaning out of the fragments etc., We made a plan. I had to come back in after the stitches were dissolved for a check up. I felt good but we both agreed I may have to have surgery to close an opening that was creating severe sinus pain and inflammation. It’s called an oralantral fistula. After a week, I knew that it was not completely resolved and contacted the office. Dr. Raffoul personally called me back and we discussed a plan moving forward. I am truly grateful for Dr. Raffoul’s professionalism and excellent care. I’ve learned from here on out, I will not have work done unless there are specialists, oral surgeons etc., within the office. The office staff are excellent as well in taking care of the patients coming in and out. Thank you Dr. Raffoul and team 🙏
