Family Implant & Cosmetic Dentistry

I scheduled an appointment with this office yesterday on short notice. I find dentistry skeevy and often experience high anxiety during visits. However, the staff and DMD of this office made me feel very comfortable and helped me to manage that anxiety really well. I value when professionals in fields of health are blunt and they were all straight forward. I would recommend this practice to anyone seeking a new dentist!

Update 04/05/22:
Amazing work done on my teeth! I have now had two crowns/fillings done and am going in for a final root canal this week. Turns out one of the crowns needs a root canal instead sadly, but Dr. Patel did everything she could so I could avoid it. Financially this all has been hard on me and they have been so understanding. I wouldn't be able to do this without the plans they offered, they even lowered the price a little when I asked because the crown wasn't a success. Can you believe it? I've never had a dentist do that for me.

The kindness and how helpful they have been through the entire process is incredible.. I have felt heard as a person, especially understanding my financial circumstances. I cannot thank them enough for helping make all this affordable. Thank you again, and for the amazing work done by Dr. Patel! I never felt any pain or discomfort through the entire process! :)

I called at 8am this morning with a terrible toothache and they got me in asap as a new patient. The MOST important thing they did for me before I even walked through the door the first time was honor my request for price estimates on the phone, and walked me through their programs because I don't have dental insurance.

I met with Mattie their Hygienist who is hilarious and kind. She even numbed parts of my mouth for my cleaning, so I wasn't uncomfortable in any way. Took her time and was careful around the tooth that ached. She was also kind enough to write down the items/best products to get for my dental care that aren't super expensive. Shared about youtube videos to teach me how to use a water pik if I never had before etc. Then I met with Dr. Patel who is equally amazing. I couldn't believe it, I'm so thankful this isn't a place that tries to take money from you and only offers the work you actually need. They were sure to keep asking if I had any questions or needed anything explained.

And finally! I met with Alexis their Treatment Coordinator. She explained to me they had membership plans: Silver/Gold based on what was needed, especially because I don't have dental insurance. I only pay $30 a month with their membership and I get SO many benefits, plus am able to cancel at any time. This is saving me 25%-30% on the new crowns, literally saving me hundreds of dollars.. I wanted to cry, I can actually afford it now. My cleanings/x-rays/whitening is all included and free with the monthly plan too! (Please ask them about it if you fear the worst like I did about finances? I didn't realize this was possible and all the benefits included. They will work with you!)

I highly recommend this place. The staff is amazing. From front desk to billing to our family teeth cleaning super awesome lady named Mattie. I used to hate dentist appointments and ever since I started with them my annual checks and cleaning sessions are something I look forward to assist. Our family first appointment was almost 3 years ago, and even thought they changed our dentist, Mattie is doing a wonderful good. I am truly pleased with their services and hope this review helps other people to switch providers and hopefully be lucky enough to get Mattie to work with you!

I've been going to Family Implant & Cosmetic Dentistry for a few years now. Every experience has been top notch with friendly professional services every time. I just wanted to also mention the cleaning I had today with Mattie. She was so friendly, light-hearted and helped me feel at ease throughout the whole cleaning and she did an amazing job.

7/19/22 - Another amazing visit to Family Implant & Cosmetic Dentistry. When I tell you that I have a fear of dentists, that's putting it mildly. Today I went without taking any medication to calm me and at first I didn't do well at all. Dr. Raffoul was so patient, understanding and calmed me down within minutes. No dentist has ever portrayed that compassion. They truly do care about helping their patients and making us feel comfortable, secure and calm all while providing first class dental work. My crowns look amazing. THANK YOU!

Dr. Fadi and the entire FI&C team are very knowledgeable and professional. They fully explained my procedure in detail and answered all my questions leaving no doubt that I chose the right dental office!
