First visit, they explained everything they were doing and what they were going to do. Makes the visits easier for me (I can get in and get out).

Had a very poor experience with recent appointment for my son. They canceled his cleaning appointment stating they didn't receive a reply to the text they sent to confirm the appointment. I didnt receive the message and when my wife arrived the person at the front desk was rude and unsympathetic to the issue, and only offered a gift card. That's not useful as my insurance covers the cleanings! While I had good experiences with the hygienist, I would not recommend them to anyone due to the experience with the support staff.

Best experience at a dentist ever. This is my second set of dentures and my first time here. They go through extra steps to make sure your dentures are right and you are satisfied, and they explain everything before it happens. And the whole staff from receptionist to the dentist are as friendly as people that you will ever meet. Need dentures or dental work. Give this place a try once and then you'll keep coming back. I am.

From the time I walked in the door, the service was outstanding. Excellent place for dentistry with great doctor treatment and advise. The whole team cared for me as if I belonged there on my very first visit!!! Wait times are exceptionally low and I cannot get over how helpful they were. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking a dentist and will definitely go back. Absolutely distinguished service!!

I was under the impression I could have my complete dentures, top and bottom in one day . This was not the case, I got a xray, a dentist looked at my gums, then the office manager gave me prices,and said it would be at least a week to get a finished product.,with 4 additional appointments, at this point I had no choice but accept. Then a lady started making the wax impression which took three attempts to accomplish. She said she had only been doing this work for a month, not very experienced it seemed. She then said it would be four days before their in house lab would have this finished, then I would come back for a bite and to decide the color of the dentures. If I were told the timeline it would have been different and more convenient for me considering I had lost my dentures I had been wearing three years. It seems it will be a week or so without dentures which I was not expecting.
I understand things take time, but to advertise one day dentures should be changed in the advertisements the company presents. I only hope the dentures are as good as advertised. I only know the first appointment made me very nervous about when I will get the dentures and hopefully they will fit like they should.
I finally got the dentures and as I suspected the dentures do not fit correctly. They are loose to the point. I can't talk without the dentures falling out. I was told by the dentist it would take a week for my gums to get accustomed to the dentures. Looks like I will have to get used to glue

I just got finished with my last appointment to finish my root canal procedure, by fitting my permanent crown on an upper molar. I have to say, after so many terrifying dentist visits, where I felt pain even when numbed several times.... the staff made me feel very comfortable the whole time. I never felt any pain. Still hate the drilling and scraping, but I can’t say enough good things. From Dr. Addison (can’t remember last name) to the female doctor, to the Asian doctor (not being racist I’m half Korean), they were all wonderful. I specifically want to say THANK YOU to Miss Angie for adjusting my retainer when I thought I would have to pay $75 at my orthodontist for a new one because of the permanent crown’s shape. Also thanks to the receptionist for explaining everything to me in layman’s terms so there weren’t any doubts or confusion about the cost of everything.

I love this place!! After not going to the dentist for a while, they fixed me right up and due to scheduling issues on my part, whenever I had to reschedule an appointment and cancel then reschedule, they were completely understanding. The staff is absolutely fantastic and if I could give them more stars I would. I definitely recommend this place for everything you need done.

I have limited time due to caring for a mom with Alzhiemers and Two daughters pregnant and on bed rest. This was my husbands week off and the only time i had free. They worked very hard to get my dentures made and first Time I have ever had a pair to put in and need no adjusting. They take insurance and with that and a coupon online it was cheaper than same day dentist. Most of all I have a more natural smile and am able to chew my food properly once again. The dentist was very kind and helpful as was the staff. they come out and notify me of how long it will be till Im seen which is reassuring to let me know I am not forgotten.

Best dentist I've ever had in my life. I am not fond of going to the dentist but Dr. Young was so personable and kind. He made the whole experience less painful,. If you know what I mean😁 I will definitely keep seeing him from here on out!!!
