I am very dissappointed with this office. I saw the dentist last week. I have been waiting for a return call for a list for almost a week now. My xrays clearly show infection and I am in pain. Not to mention the cosmetic side of my issue.... I am just really let down because their office in Louisville was exceptional. I guess I'll start my search for another cosmetic dentist!!!! Don't waste your time people. If you can't afford $20,000 implants you're no longer of any value to this office. đ
Sincerely,
Brenda Davenport

This place is a circus, me and my fiance went to get some work done at this location and after my visit the businesses manager basically told me I didn't have a say so in what the treatment plan was. I was only there to get 2 fillings done and it turned into a 15k bill. Thankfully it was my first and only visit so I'm not left owing them a dime. Not to mention they ran my credit without my authorization. I will be contacting the BBB today.

They gave me an estimated $5000 treatment plan, then it went to $3200, then $2800, then a final âlet me what I can do for youâ $2063. Thatâs with insurance included.
I went to another spot. After insurance, $420. This place is well known and they broke everything down on paper.
AspenDental donât even show you whatâs included. All you get to see is the sheet with the $$$ on it. Crooks!

Please beware that this dentist and Aspen office is only interested in how much they can bill your insurance. Horrible service. HORRIBLE SERVICE! My 21 year old son came in for a scheduled appointment they had him in the office for 90 minutes. Every dentist appointment I have ever went to would complete an x-ray and new patient file and then conduct a cleaning. My son literally sat in the dentist chair 65 minutes to see the dentist. They did not perform the cleaning as they were to do. Instead they made him wait, then rescheduled for the cleaning so they could bill my insurance a second time. When my son went in to the dentist office 2 days later they had canceled him confirmed appt stating he was to call in to confirm. My son was at work and could not confirm HOWEVER he had a business card with the date and time on it thus a scheduled appt. This is the worse dental place in Kentucky. I will personally write the dentists and the corporate office DO NOT GO TO THIS ASPEN DENTAL. All they want is money. Horrible Service Unethical company practices.

They're friendly BUT very expensive. Even after telling them that I can't afford it right now the guy still tried to push $2000 on me for the BASIC temporary dentures. I was not happy with the service I got once I was given to the guy who does pricing.

Got me in the day I called which was great, but when it came to pulling my tooth I felt every little bit of it! I didn't expect it to be painless but not as bad as it was!! And after pulled, didn't even rinse me out, just sent me out the door with blood pouring from my mouth.

Such a wonderful experience! The stigma surrounding the dentistry business has always made me skidding but my experience with this office has restored my faith in dentists!! So friendly and informative. Dedinatly recommending to friends.

Dentists are great. Pity they work for a joke of a company. Came in to have $8,000 of work done, I was repeatedly reassured that if i paid X amount that's all I'd need. I paid X amount. Turns out their billing was a little off ... by $700 additional that I had to put on a high interest credit card to avoid it going to collections. Dont let the good reviews fool you. Those were paid reviews.

It's so dirty, even the chairs you sit in. With all the viruses going around, it's not a place to be. I waited a month and still my teeth didn't fit.

The people there were all very friendly and it was very inexpensive but the dental work was awful. I have a mouth full of fillings so I know the routine pretty well. I received 2 SMALL fillings in one visit .... both of them ended up being "high" and the entire roof of my mouth was extremely bruised during the visit. When I called to see if I could get in to get them adjusted they didn't have an appointment for a week. I went to another dentist who could get me in immediately as I was in severe pain and they adjusted the horribly misfit fillings but by then it was too late for the one tooth. I now have to get a root canal. Additionally, I ended up having to wait in the waiting room for over an hour from my scheduled appointment time. This just goes to show that you get what you pay for. I should have know something was up when I walked in and every single other patient there was getting fitted for dentures. If you don't have or don't want any teeth this is the place for you if not stay away.
Update: After reading this review the office manager called me to ask if they could refund the cost of my filling and pay for it's repair. Like I said previously everybody there is very nice and helpful. Maybe I am just unlucky and this is the first time something like that has ever happened there. Also, I may not absolutely end up having to get a root canal. The filling in that tooth had an air pocket underneath it allowing bacteria unrestricted access to the dentine inside of my tooth. This air pocket is also the cause of my persistent pain. If they don't have to drill all the way to the nerve to remove the decay I may get lucky.
