This is the best dentist office I have ever been to! I called at the last minute and the were able to get me in the same day as a new patient!! If you are looking for friendly, and educated staff this is the place to go for any dental work! They took their time and educated me on every process that I would experience, I was treated like a human! 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend this dentist office to anyone!

The worst experience I’ve ever had, it was my second visit. My teeth were cleaned and exrayed almost a year ago, I was well overdue to my job. They told me my teeth could not be cleaned due to bone loss? I’ve been going to the dentist for 25 years! I do not have cavities, etc? They tried to charge me over a thousand dollars? I walked out because I felt as if they were trying to just get money? I told the lady I would not be back, she just looked and said nothing? I’m in the process of finding a dentist as we speak.

My insurance covers a free cleaning twice a year. I scheduled my initial appointment in hopes of getting this done. At the end of my initial appointment, I was presented with a $4,746.00 "treatment plan". (Mind you, I was not [and am not] in any pain nor having any problems). All I wanted was a simple cleaning. Aspen will not preform any procedures (i.e., free cleaning) unless I agree to a portion of the treatment plan - some sort of cleaning my insurance does not cover. I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income. All I wanted was a simple cleaning but the office manager says nope, not until I agree to spend money for a treatment my insurance company says is not medically necessary. Personally, I think Aspen has targeted me because I'm elderly and may not have noticed. Be advised, when dealing with this office, it's all bout the money, not you health. Be Careful.

I was told work would be $400, a month later they are asking for $500 more. There are too many honest dentists in Kentucky to have to deal with this mess of a business model. Learn from my $900 mistake and go with someone that will be honest with you up front. Good luck getting the same person on the phone twice and if they say they will return your call all you get is a summons to call them back via text after waiting a month.
Update: 9/2/20 After 2 years of losing 50 points on my credit score this has finally been resolved. After talking with someone from corporate they decided to fix this problem. It should have never come to this point but because it got fixed in the end I’m changing my rating to 2 stars. 1 Star for the local branch and a 1 Star bonus because corporate was helpful.

3/12/19- the staff is still great except one assistant. I do recommend 2nd opinion. I think they do things for the money. My smile was my best asset. It is gone now and I owe almost 2000.00. For them to fix it back it will cost me at least 2600.00. They are like a car lot, making money on all sides. They won’t even give you a break down cost. Even with insurance. Denise is GREAT!! I wish I had just let her do her thing. But now, I am stuck with NO SMILE!! Be very careful!!!
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I messed up in doing so. They are all about money. On 3/12/19 they put my permanent crown on. I woke up last night with a tooth ache. Even though I knew I was already screwed by their thieving ways I agreed to let them give me a price for what they should have done from day 1. From behind the computer screen, MATT tells me my insurance will pay for the scan to see if my sinuses have to be moved up for an implant. They scanned me and told me they would call me the next day. Still today, I have not heard a word from these $ grubbing thieves. I want my scan and my insurance paid these cons. You can bet I am going to let my insurance company know their scam. I want MY SCAN, I will take it elsewhere. 3/14/19.

What a friendly staff! My son was with me yesterday morning during my appointment and the staff accommodated him, as well as myself! They are very attentive and dr. Price is great! After my cleaning, I decided to get a chipped tooth fixed and they got me in the same day! Nothing but great things to say !

Oh man, I loved my experience at Aspen. There was hardly any wait time. Everybody was nice and courteous. I was greeted with a smile. They were very attentive to all of my questions. They were very knowledgeable and they answered my questions in language that I could understand. My wallet was very happy when I left. The bathroom was sparkly clean. It's the attention to the small details that really matter. I need a knowledgeable , professional and courteous staff, along with a clean environment when I go to a place like a dentist office, Aspen Dental provided all of these things for me. I visited the one on Nicholasville Road in Lexington Kentucky

I love aspen dental. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Everyone greets you with a smile. I also love that they have hours to accommodate everyone. Sometimes it’s hard to make appointments when offices are only opened from 8-4 Monday thru Friday but aspen is open until 8pm it’s ready convenient.

The whole staff where extremely nice and caring. Dr. Young (I am horrible with names and hope it’s right) did not mind breaking down exactly what my husband and myself needed done, and he was funny. Mrs. Hanna (I am hoping I spelled it right) did our X-rays and went over the final cost and knew exactly what dentures my husband and myself wanted broke everything down for us and went over every line. We will definitely be back to have our procedures done with them.
