Stay away from this place! I sent my 18 year old son there for treatment. This was his first appointment as an adult and it must have been very obvious to the person that treated him. They quoted him an astronomical amount for treatment AND sold him a $26 tube of toothpaste. I was so disappointed. We will NOT be back. And, I will make sure my friends and family hear about this as well. Shame on you all.

The care, service and advice was great. I was confused that this office was listed as in network for my insurance, butt when I got to the appointment that was not true. A bit pricey, but worth it!! Loved all the staff!

NEVER USE APSEN DENTAL - it is a dental assembly line with selling a plan more important than caring for a patient. I got my husband an emergency appointment as he was in violent pain and was given an 8:15am appointment time. I was assured when I made the appointment that his pain would be addressed even if they had to set up additional treatment. After he was seen, x-rayed and probed, he was sent to the "acting office manager" to sign papers. No pain treatment. He was suffering horribly and the acting office manager was trying to sell him a treatment plan to "come back another time". HE WAS IN SERIOUS PAIN. She was rude, condesending and cold. He called me becaue we have Care Credit and his name was not on the card although Care Credit told me a call to them would have varified he was on the card. I had to drop everything at work and rush 30 minutes to their office. When I arrived he was in the waiting area pale, shaking and looked as if he would pass out. He had not been given ANYTHING for pain. Not even a standard injection to numb his jaw. This is a man with a high threshold to pain and even the others in the waiting area looked concerned. The activing office manager explained that she would not loose her job by not following procedure. When I asked why his pain had not been addressed she gave me the "woes" of the office and repeated "I am not loosing my job over not following procedures and his pain my only be addressed today with medication" I asked why he had not been given anything for pain yet - I got some BS about other people ahead of him HE HAD BEEN IN THE CHAIR ALREADY - WTH? Eventually he was seen, the dentist was kind and the tooth was extracted. Having worked in a dental office in my college days, I NEVER, EVER had any experience where a cleaning would take priority over an emergency or where a person in pain would be left to suffer in such a SADISITIC manner.
