Aspen Dental

First of all, I have no dental insurance thru my place of work. I used a Aspen Dental on-line coupon for a free exam and x-rays. Also, they had another coupon for 20% off dental work! Used them both for big savings.. I got in right away. Everyone was very nice and accommodating to my needs. I believe the actual dentist was Dr Price. She did excellent work and made me feel at ease with her calming personality and professionalism. I would go back there again as needed. Thank you.

Not a bad experience considering getting an extraction.

First of all Hilary at front desk was very nice Mandy the dental assistant was very professional and nice I appreciate her taking time to answer all questions. Dr Price was wonderful the Consult was Matt he was wonderful going over all my options nice gentleman. I truly appreciate all your kindness and making sure you make your Customer happy . Fast service Great job!!!!

My initial Consultation with Aspen Dental was very informative. Everyone was pleasant. The receptionist and X-ray technician were warm and welcoming; the Doctor was equally kind, thorough, eager to meet my needs, and knowledgeable; and the young man who researched finance options was also kind and thorough. Overall, I had a delightful experience.

I was charged $1521.40 for a 5-minute evaluation from a dentist, a sub-par cleaning that created a gap in my bottom teeth, and electric toothbrush, and an "antibiotic treatment for gum disease." I thought that I was paying installment payments on a treatment plan for crowns, gum treatment, fillings and much more! I can not continue treatment because of a job situation so am out this money and have absolutely nothing to show for all that money except the new gap in my teeth!
I called to ask for a partial refund but was informed that I had only paid for services rendered! I am sick to my stomach.
When I showed up for my last appointment, I arrived at approximately 1:00 p.m. The kind receptionist checked me in but behind her, several employees were grouped around a computer giggling like schoolkids, When they saw me & after the receptionist said that they were making her uncomfortable, they retreated to a back office where they could still be heard. To make it worse, the dentist was a participant! While I was lying in the dental chair for my cleaning, while the hygienist was preparing for different steps in the procedure, I had to continually hear the giggling people planning a party for someone in the office. The girls kept commenting that the dentist (who is male) was to dress like a tooth fairy to surprise the person whose party they were planning. The girls kept telling him that he needed to be shirtless and perhaps wear glitter. I tried to ignore the childishness but it kept getting louder and more sexual. The hygienist & young woman assisting her were trying to ignore it so were in no way participating with them. The dentist was eating up the attention; apparently I was the only patient in the office at the time-I don't know if they were even aware that they had any patients. They sure should have shut the door in the room where they were playing. This is the most unprofessional, expensive dental office I have ever been to in my life. I ASSUMED (stupidly) that Aspen Dental was a little cheaper than most because they are a big company. I stupidly looked at the BBB rating for them today; everyone should look for that before going to a new business. The BBB site says that Aspen Dental is not even accredited! I am so sad that I went to Aspen Dental; I should have a second opinion before setting up the "teeth-cleaning" appointment that ended up costing me $1521.40!

I was completely satisfied with my visit to Aspen Dental. The people there are fantastic! They are friendly and courtious. The technician will not let you leave until you are completely satisfied. My bottom denture was broken and I can't believe it but they were able to repair it! It looks like nothing was wrong with it. Thank You Aspen Dental for giving me my smile back!!

I came in as a new patient for a simple cleaning but did not receive that. I got taken back for X-Rays about 10 minutes after arriving which was fine. Then I get placed into a room to await the hygienist which took 45 minutes and all she did was measure my gums. So then she proceeded to tell me treatment options for my gums and said the doctor will be in to review and go over some things. I waited another 30 minutes for the doctor, who was extremely nice and compassionate and explained everything well, but I did not receive a cleaning that I came for. Instead, I was told that my gums were slightly puffy and that she would go tell the front office the plan and they will come back to get me to review costs. Waited another 30 minutes until I eventually got up and walked out of my room. Needless to say I came for a simple cleaning and waited 2 and a half hours for nothing. The one good thing I noticed was that the staff was very friendly and apologetic of the time it took.
