Had scheduled a appointment the appointment was confirmed by text message they thank me for confirming I show up early for my appointment not in the system she looks in a folder and said the appointment was canceled because I didn't confirm it said they tried to call me I checked my messages no message left so how was I supposed to know you called I was told I could sat there to see if the next appointment showed up which would have been over an hour or reschedule I'm done bc if you confirm through a text message that should have been good enough bc I had already spoke to someone about my insurance. Someone warned me about them but I try to give people a benefit of doubt .

However. Crazy cost structure. Requires you to get more service than you need.

Staff was very nice and professional. They are very educated in their field of work. They took their time and explained everything in details. Also very helpful with furthering my treatment and got me on the right track.

I have been so pleased with Aspen Dental. The staff is most courteous and knowledgeable. The process I have gone through has stretched out over 7 months with one reasonable cost, even when it's been necessary to stop in between regularly scheduled appointments for adjustments. The service I've received has been performed is such a kind manner and I would certainly refer Aspen Dental to my family and friends.

They were very professional took the time to answer my questions and helped me understand what was going to happen next. This was my first visit to Aspen Dental, and I would recommend to family and friends. I have several more appointments in the upcoming months, and I am finally starting the process of healthier, more beautiful smile.

I was very pleased with all the people I dealt with. They were polite and seemed to be very knowledgeable about all the questions I hade for them. I have scheduled my future appointments and am hopping all my future experiences will be a pleasant as the first one .I found the prices to be fair and in my price range. I liked the fact that the initial appointment and xrays were no cost to me. If you are needing some dental work and don't want to pay a arm and a leg I suggest you check these folks out.

First off they were able to schedule an emergency appointment for me to be seen an hour from calling. That in itself was great, however it does not compare to exceptional staff. Not only did they do great work but they all were so nice and eased my anxiety of the dentist without judgment. One of the assistants even held my hand during my procedure.

I have been looking for a place to get my dentures made. When I called they were very nice and helpful. They really took in consideration that I was on a limited budget. I had a wonderful experience here at Aspen Dental. There are a lot of Wonderful nice people that work here. Thank you all for making me feel beautiful again. Thank-you Aspen Dental team.

Went in for a cleaning. Did 20 minutes of x-rays, doc poked around in my mouth for another 20 minutes, then said they'd clean my teeth after they scheduled surgery to pull three teeth. THE HELL. Needless to say I passed on that as I didn't have cavities or a reason to have any teeth pulled. They also gave me a referral to an oral surgeon for an OKC who wasn't covered by my insurance. Went to a REAL, local dentist three months later, got my cleaning, reassurance that all my teeth were perfectly fine, and a proper referral that wasn't going to cost me $20k.

I’ve had horrible experiences with dentist in the past.
But when I walked in to Aspen Dental my fears of seeing another dentist went away!! From the lady at the front desk, the dental assistant, dentist, to the man who checked me out and helped me with paper work. Everyone there was amazing! I will never go to another dentist again.
