Hi-Tech Dental Care

My daughter, 20 months old, chipped her front tooth while playing. I am new to the area and found Hi Tech Dental online. They made a same-day appointment, within the hour for her. The staff were incredibly friendly and delicate with my daughter. They were creative in obtaining her x-ray and exam, as not to frighten her, and they were playing and smiling with her to ease both our nerves. The office was bright, clean and the snacks were a perfect for my daughter. I will definitely return for future services for myself and my family.

Needed a tooth extraction like as soon as possible. Took me in right away. Waiting room was comfortable, plenty of snacks for the guests, and everyone on the staff was exceptionally pleasant. I was in and out in about two hours. The doctor did such a good job I didn’t have to fill the pain meds...

**Do not go here. This place IMO is a fraudulent business practice and will not only bill anything they can, but also make false promises etc.

This past Sat 5/11/19, I had a front veneer that had came off. Being it was mothers day on Sunday, I did not want to wait for my dentist to open on Monday, so looked for an emergency dentist. I contacted this office through YELP to make an appnt and they called me back pretty quickly for an appnt at 8am on Sunday morning.

I arrived right on time and there were two other customers in the office. There was an older man at the front desk who sitting with the receptionist providing all of his medical history and personal information to her in front of us, which is an absolute violation of HIPPPA laws. It was completely awkward to hear about his health history and I'm not sure why they would not take him in a back office or somewhere more private if he had trouble filling out their online system.

They had me do a $50 copay and fill out forms which I did and took me back. When I got in the back, they asked me to take off my jewelry and I asked them why and they advised they needed to do a full mouth exam and full mouth X-rays before the doctor would see me. I advised there was no need for this as my veneer had popped off with my invisalign liner and there was no trauma to my mouth. I have had over 30k in restoration work in my mouth, training, etc and advised them I would sign a liability waiver if that is what they were concerned with. They said not to worry as they just bill my insurance anyway. RED FLAG.

Billing an insurance company and completing services not needed is fraud. All I needed was the area cleaned and the tooth bonded back on. It takes about 10 minutes. I can understand if they wanted to do an x-ray of the one tooth, Ok I would understand. But no. So I got up and left.

I advised I wanted a refund of my copay. The front desk lady, a little blonde woman advised me they were processing the refund right then. I asked her for a receipt of the refund and she said it would take a few hours for it to process so she could not give me a receipt and to look for it in a few hours.

I end up going to my regular dentist and he fixed my tooth and advised me I was absolutely right in walking right out of this place. Not worth it especially considering it is a front tooth. Who knows what they could have done.

Come Tuesday 5/14/19, I check my bank. No REFUND. I call and speak to Shelbition. I advised I was told the refund was already proceeded on Sunday and I am not seeing it. She said the manager is not there and still needs to process it. I advised that I was then lied to, because the receptionist told me it was done before I left. She started yelling at me telling me she was not there and got complete attitude with me and hung up on me. I investigate FRAUD and this place reeks of it. There is no reason to get defensive and if I find out they billed my insurance for ANYTHING or do not give me a refund immediately, they should be prepared for letters, complaints and the rath of Amber. JERKS.

I love my dental hygienist. She is very caring. The best part is that I can have my appts on Saturday and not miss work. I like their amenities too. Can you imagine a free hi-tech massage chair time, free snacks, fancy coffee. I highly recommend this dental office.

Here in vegas for an oral surgery convention and broke a front tooth. Called 1800 dentist and they referred me here! Got me in the very next morning! Office was very nice, clean, staff was friendly. Dr Moskowitz was great! Fixed my tooth perfectly with no pain! Highly recommended!! Thank u so much!

If I could give negative stars, I would!!! Wow! Ripoff is all that can be said here........called ahead for Saturday appointment Anyway, they make you pay up front. They knew we only needed a wire snipped that was protruding into cheek to alleviate pain until Tuesday when our regular ortho is back in the office. They collected $150.00 up front. Then the doctor sends his assistant out to tell us if we want anything done, it will be another $350.00. He obviously was too ashamed to look us in the eye since this is such a scam. This office is so deceitful that the only business they may have is weekend business when people are a little more desperate for an appointment, who really knows. They likely make a fortune on the weekends just ripping off people in pain. Needless to say, when the scam was revealed, we walked out losing the $150.00. I wish I had read reviews prior to the appointment. Good lesson learned. I hope the gentleman with the other review dated 05.09.17 gets some traction with the State Attorney General to investigate this ripoff place. I will look into any recourse we may have as this establishment should be shut down.

Our first visit today and it was such a pleasant experience to be greeted by the friendliest staff, so polite and very accommodating. Needed two teeth extracted, they were able to take us in asap 😊 The massage chairs and healthy snacks made our visit even better!

Waited too long to go to dentist. Had 4 teeth I neglected. Had to be removed. Luckily I found Hi-tech dental. been afraid of needles entire life. They treated me like family. Had all removed.made sure I was comfortable. Would recommend Hi-tech if you have problems with dentists.the experience changed my mind about going to the dentist. Thanks Hi-Tech

Absolute RIP off! My wife had a dental emergency, and needed a tooth pulled. These people swore they had an opening immediately and only charged $150. When she arrived, they said she had to get x rays first (nothing unusual about that), then proceeded to charge her the agreed upon price of $150 JUST FOR THE X RAY! They said they could do the necessary extraction 5 hours later,and that it would cost an additional $375. I don't know where all these awesome reviews came from, but they MUST be fakes. A sure sign is that. There's nothing between1 and 5 star reviews.

I heard good things about the staff at hi-tech, so when I needed a teeth cleaning and a few cavities filled I came here. I usually hate visiting the dentist but the staff here was polite and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Liu was very professional and had a calming presence as well. I will certainly be going back and would definitely recommend this location to others.
