Hi-Tech Dental Care

What a scam! They charged me 50.00 as a deductible. I only had x Rays done. When I called my insurance they told me a regular teeth cleaning and X-rays the deductable is waived. When I spoke with hi tech dental they claimed it was because of oral facial photogenic X-rays they completed. They NEVER told me it was an additional charge and never gave me the option if I wanted it or not. They even told me it was covered by my insurance at no additional charge. Now they are sending me a bill for 18.00 claiming the additional X-ray was 68.00. They are horrible and UNETHICAL. Stay far far away.
-they charge you 50.00 up front before they even see you and then they have to find some way to bill you later.

I needed a tooth extracted and I searched all over Vegas looking for a place open on the weekends and did sedation because I get real bad anxiety at the dentist and found this place. So glad I did! It was pretty busy when I walked in so I knew it was going to take a while but having massage chairs in the waiting room made this trip even better. Just like any other dentist you go to when you finally get called back they x-ray you and do an exam to see everything wrong with your teeth. Very friendly staff and they are knowledgeable and use "Hi Tek" equipment. Of course they are going to try and sell you everything why wouldn't they. I just needed an extraction at the time so the Dr broke down what type of sedation they had and I moved forward with moderate sedation and extraction. $600 was my cost. Some of you might be like WOW! I was too but this sure beats going to a dentist during the week and than getting a referral for sedation and this process drag on and on top of that take time off of work when I can just get it done now. After all I was in pain and wanted this done ASAP! They were able to get it done the same day and they made me feel comfortable and didn't rush things. Got a blanket and pillow and some meds to take the edge off and even the lady played relaxing music off her phone for me...above and beyond! Exactly what I needed. You get what you pay for people and they do exceptional work. Thanks Hi Tek dental ! Will refer more to you. Only reason I have 4 stars is because it took all day but worth the wait.

This place is a complete scam stay away they charged me $75 dollars up front for a co-pay before even checking my insurance which pays full amount for x-rays and visits I was in pain so didn’t even think about it so I just hurried up and paid so I can see the dentist . The dentist and x-ray technician was really cool . But they extremely over charge for services to bond a small piece of chipped tooth back together they were charging me $777 dollars to BOND it. Which is a 30 minute procedure max. Typical bond is anywhere from $50 to $300 max without insurance with insurance can vary. Complete rip off stay away and if I was the dentist and x-ray technician I would leave that place your expectations and values are way to excellent for this place. Would give a zero if I could I hate scam artist

I have contacted this office several times for the last 20 minutes to get copies of X-rays for a patient. I have never in my 42 years been given such a run around. I still don’t have them. They are ridiculous.

Hi Tech Dental is by far the BEST Dental Office I've ever been to. For years I've had a fear of the dentist office but coming here they've made me feel really comfortable. You are treated like family. I would definitely recommend to EVERYONE who needs dental treatment.

I would give a lower star if I could. They refused to tell me the copay over the phone. I went into the office and it doesn’t matter if you have insurance or not it’s $75 up front for the exam. The paperwork says you have 90 days to pay but Monique says that is not true and that you have to pay up front. I said I wanted to pay after the exam. She said it’s not going to work out and kicked me off the office. Do not go here!

I was in Vegas on a work trip and had increasing tooth pain, to the point it was unbearable. Hi-Tech Dental Care got me in last minute, on a Sunday, and gave me a root canal and crown in just a few hours. They saved me! It was an incredible experience. Everyone was so friendly and caring, and the facilities are beautiful. I was nervous and in pain and in a strange city, and they couldn't have been more reassuring. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Dr. Moskowitz, Yonathan, and the whole Hi-Tech team!

ZERO STARS! Do not come here!! fillings came out a week later and I was left with a HUGE hole in my tooth. They charged for procedures they didn’t do. They were pressuring me to have my wisdom teeth removed that day in office. QUACKS

The other day, I was wrestling with my 3-1/2 year old son, and his head connected hard with my mouth. I could tell that something was broken when I looked in the mirror. Sure enough! Half of my #8 center incisor had fallen off. I was scheduled to drive to Las Vegas the next day so I decided to just live with the broken tooth even though it was very conspicuous. Once I arrived in Las Vegas, I was referred to Hi-Tech Dental Care by 1-800-DENTIST. I was given an immediate appointment, and I arrived at the dental office a short time later. I checked in and soon thereafter I was called back to the exam area. After X-rays, I was greeted by Dr. Kayla Mai, DDS. Dr. Mai performed an exam and began to prepare my tooth for the bonding material. In less than 20 minutes, I had a perfectly natural looking tooth which matched the color of the adjacent teeth. Wow!! What a difference this made in my appearance and my blood pressure! Dr. Mai laughed when I told her that my son said, “Oh, sorry, Dad!” and resumed watching cartoons when I showed him my broken tooth after our accident. I wish I lived in Las Vegas: I would select Dr. Kayla Mai as my dentist. She is a fantastically skilled dentist and a very kind and sweet person. She even gave me a hug before I left the office!
