Hi-Tech Dental Care

They're great! I wish they take my insurance but even then it was worth it, my husband was in so much pain and it was in the weekend when his dentist was not available. We were seen the same day!

I have been going to this dentist for the past two years and finally realized that I have been given unnecessary fillings. Not only do they keep changing their staff, but Dr. Mai and Dr. Liu have hired other young dentists to do their job. Their front office staff keeps changing as if its a revolving door for employment.
I was unaware of their practice when all of a sudden I was told of having 8 cavities. They gave me a deal for having all of them done with free sedation, but I still felt that its impossible to have that many cavities since I take care of my teeth.
After attempting to get digital copies of my x-rays emailed to me without any success from their staff. I went to get two other opinions from top rated dentists in Las Vegas while having x-rays done again. BOTH dentists told me I had only 1 cavity, and that is only because an old filling was chipped! Go figure! My wife and I will not be going to this dentist since they try to make their money on giving out good deals on unnecessary treatments.

Dr. Battaglin was very thorough. He explained everything to you and made getting a shot more comfortable. He also did an excellent job on my fillings. I will definitely recommend him to my friends.

This place is awesome! Everyone is so friendly and caring! The dental work is top of the line! I'm having an implant done and know it will look great! I'm in the final stages and can't wait to see the final product! If you're looking for quality dentistry, look no further! Hi tech dental is number 1!!!!!!

These guys are unbelievable! Most importantly, OPEN ON SUNDAY! They were professional, reasonable, presented me with 3 options, and then helped me make a decision. From Sarah at reception through the doctor himself, they all could not have been nicer!

Worst dentist ever been to. Checked to make sure they took my insurance they confirmed they did then charged me over and above my deductible by over $100 just for x-rays then overcharged all the work by over 100% Went to a different dentist did all the work for less than half the price of this place. They were rude to boot.

I have always had so much anxiety over going to the dentist. Not any longer. I have been going to Dr Mai and Dr Liu for years and they have taken away the anxiety factor with their warm and caring demeanor everytime I visit their office. Between the staff and the atmosphere and comfort of the office everything is great and they put you at ease. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend to any other friends or family and I have!

Simply amazing..great customers services.. The common area was extremely comfortable.. I went there for in tooth extraction it was done in 15-20 with no pain what so ever. Extremely affordable...just and all around great experience

Very devious company. Sub par staff. Odd choice of snacks in front office (sugary snacks, cheese puffs, nacho bar, Hawaiian Punch, etc).

They are good at profiling people in need of last minute/e.r. type dental work. Prescribed unrealistic amount of dental work to be completed in one day. I have multiple dentists who have confirmed that. Other reviews here describe work being done at this office and having to visit a e.r. after.

Charged $2,300 to my credit card to hold a appointment for gum scaling and antibiotics. Called back before appointment to cancel and they refused. Went into office and was told no. Agreement was printed out and given to me. I was told no rescheduling or being late was allowed. After arguing that there was nothing that said I couldn’t cancel prior to appointment and laying a moral guilt trip on the office staff for letting stuff like this happen I was taken into the back to speak with the owner who went on a big rant about how they are a morally ethical business that isn’t ripping anybody off...

All the google reviews are bought or altered. Easy to do on google. Yelp hold the real descriptions of that this dentist office does to people. Again, they are remarkably good at profiling people and pressuring them into agreeing to emergency type procedures for inflated prices. Could not be the case during the week but it definitely is on Sunday’s when it is the only office open.

High Tech dental is a disgusting scam. They are not emergency dentist, as they claim. They’re just cashing in on being open on Sunday. Rude receptionist and untrained front desk person. The owner is an embarrassment to the profession. Don’t risk it!!! She’ll just try to take your money,
