Dont believe these reviews if you really care about your teeth longterm. Dont go there. They'll tell you you need a ton of work done on your teeth, and devalue work that has been by previous dentists. Dr Mai (wearing a very inappropriate, unprofessional, see-through dress) told me, "I have 28 teeth, you have 32. You can do so much better without these teeth that are bothering you. Let's pull them out, and then you can get some implants". Ridiculous! They dont even clean your teeth right. Needless to say I left their office and got me an appointment with another endodontist, who treated my canal and put in a state of the art crown. Dr Mai's office looks dirty and unprofessional. So clueless! They offer you sweets before your appointment...seriously, at the dentist office! The floors are dirty. There are massage chairs (clearly in need of some sanitizing) in the waiting room, and because the AC is so freaking cold, she offers you one of those blankets that have been used by heaven knows how many people! Seriously....dont go there!

They have six massage chairs because their so expensive lol. I used them because of my fear of dentists. We’re paying for those! I was in extreme pain after my procedure. Enough to go back drive all the way to the office and ask for pain pills. Since it’s Vegas and everyone is a drug addict apparently, the doctor gave me ibuprofen. Thanks for the Advil lol. He acted like I was asking for agent orange or something. So there’s a reason for black market when there’s “doctors” like these. Opioids are an huge issue obviously, but what’s the line of providing relief? Nice people and very friendly, but there’s other dentists in town. No reason to be in pain unnecessarily

Had an infected tooth pulled. Was a pleasant experience for what it was. But....if you have bad credit you wont be able to go with payment plan . Bill was only 350 and they couldnt extend credi . But my credit is bad so....

The staff is always nice and accommodating, it's always clean. They follow COVID procedures appropriately and they make sure you know exactly what's going on and why. I am very comfortable with them.

Absolutely horrible. Waited iver an hour. And then bullied into a "treatment plan" or no service. Then after asking to speak to the manager, who never showed up still was denying me service that insurance coverd while still charging outrageous fee. Inaddition the one dentist who was wonderful wasn't allowed to talk to me.
DO NOT RECCOMEND.

I had an appointment for 2:30 pm. Not only was i seen right on time, but every single stafd and facitlity member was super, super nice, and extremely professional. I had to get a tooth extracted, and was done with that THE SAME DAY! I didn't have insurqnce at the time, and even for everything, they were affordable! I'll be going back and I HIGHLY recommend them. I will definitely be refering my friends and family!

Thank God Hi-Tech Dental is opened 24/7. My son woke with pain and swollen. They gave me the appointment immediately, took him there. They took care of him and it was all better. God bless!

Wow. So the mepivacaine has not even worn off but getting out this google review is top priority. For starters, staff deserves hi-fives for being understanding and accommodating. I can't begin to list ALL the little things that separate this office from the rest, but here goes a try: tour of office after sign in. Welcome new patient gift bag. Juice, water bottles, snacks, and massage chairs in waiting area. Need i list more? Now regarding my visit. I had one heck of a patient Doctor. His tactics and cool demeanor made my pain just a terrible memory.

Love this office everyone was passionate about the job and very nice I was scared out my mind honestly because I have had bad experiences with others dentist at unlv but this was nothing like that it was great/beautiful Facility (try the massage chair it will relax you if your scared). THE Staff ARE AMAZING the doctor made explained everything in great detail and easy to understand and very professional if you're scared of the dentist office this is the place for you.
