By far, I have never been to a better office. It is an incredible experience. They have a cot, massage chairs, drinks, coffee even cranberry juice, and a whole array of snacks in lobby. Once you are called in you experience a lava lamp with swimming jelly fish. More snacks and smiling faces. They did extensive xrays of all my teeth. Then the doctor comes in and not only did we talk about my problem teeth, he showed me where there were cavities I didn't know about, but because they took such care on xrays, he was able to see. BTW The price is right. They also emailed all the xrays

I normally cannot stand going to the dentist, but several months ago my mouth started hurting badly. I called to make an appointment and when I showed up, it was an experience that was better than most that I have had. I had the standard procedure that would be put into effect explained to me before I was sedated. Not before long, I was OUT! I hadn't felt a thing and I would definitely come back there.

First off, I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment right away. Everyone was very professional and kind. I recommend Hi-Tech Dental Care to anyone seeking dental exams/treatment(s). Thank you for making my experience comfortable.

If you have had bad dental experiences before this is the place to come. They fix all the rest of the bad dentists work out there. Ask for Dr. Mai in your consultation and tell her Rafael recommended you. You will never want another dentist. My whole family comes here

Good place, just wished they would of finished it all at once!!!

I made my husband an appointment to have a tooth extracted (had a referral to do so). When he got there they wanted to do everything but what he was there for. They then told him that they'd extract the broken tooth if he allowed them do additional work equating to $3500. My husband got up and walked out without ANY work being completed other than an exam & x-rays. Total waste of time. They were too busy trying to up sell instead of doing the procedure that was referred & requested.

I elected not to have the sedation and went with only the Novocaine. I wanted to know what was going on. The dentist (Dr Liu) was exceptionally good. I needed two crowns a filling, and the ultrasonic cleaning. The cost was slightly over $2300 but my tooth was sensitive and painful and I wanted some relief. The crown was done right then and there, no need for a temporary crown. It also did not need much adjusting because it was measured better than I have ever had done before. I was numb enough to not need anything else and I was able to assist where necessary. The biggest negative impression I had about this practice is once I was finished, I was called back for an "exam" to see how I was doing but the dentist did not look at my teeth, it was a technician and that was a cursory (less than 2 minutes) exam especially since I told them my teeth felt good. It was then I was told I needed an additional $4,000 of dental work where they wanted to replace all my old filings and crowns because they are "old and getting worn out". We have a saying in the military, "if it ain't broken don't fix it". It was also suspicious to me because it was not the dentist who delivered the bad new but a technician. Reminded me of a used car salesman. A nice guy but I did not believe him. I will still go see them for future work but just be wary of their advice.

I came here with a friend as her escort during her wisdom teeth procedure. From the second we walked in, we were greeted with the warmest welcome. The waiting room is nice and cozy, and with the tv's all over it made playing escort much more comfortable.

As for the actual services themselves, my friend has quite the anxiety issues when it comes to anything doctor/dentist related. Dr. Liu and I chatted it up and found out that we're all Taiwanese and went to UC Irvine, and he utilized those similarities to really help put her at ease. He also went into very thorough detail with us regarding the procedure and aftercare. The procedure itself was swift, and from what my dear sleepy friend told me, she has zero complaints and it went as well as it possibly could've. The only thing I'm bummed about is that I forgot to record her ridiculous self afterwards!

Dr. Mai and Dr. Liu were both really sweet and empathetic to their patients.

I woke up a few weeks ago with one side of my face swollen due to an abscessed tooth. I knew I had trouble but just kept putting off going to the dentist out of fear of what would happen. The ER told me they could do nothing because it was a dental problem, so I made an appointment with Dr. Mai at Hi-tech Dental. When I showed up, everyone in the office was kind and understanding. Dr. Mai explained what needed to be done and how it would be done while I was sedated. After signing all the required papers, I was put under. The next thing I remember was asking for a sip of water because my mouth was dry. I felt no pain and the experience did not cause me any fear. I will definitely go back, and before things get to the point of needing emergency care.

Great customer service from the X-ray tech to the dentist. They were quick to diagnose and provide a plan for what is needed as well as any other recommended services.
