Hi-Tech Dental Care

From the time you walk through the door you are greeted by smiling courteous people. My husband is a truck driver and was only home for a few days, he had a bad tooth and needed it pulled. They took no time to examine, xray , consult, and even worked him in that afternoon and now he feels great.

Ive been to many dentists, never were we greeted with a gift bag, and
while they worked on my husband I was in lobby sipping on some juice while laying in a massage chair enjoying a massage. My daughter even used the free charging station because her phone died.

They have thought of everything AND their professional courteous manner tops it all. My entire family will be coming here from now on, we love it!!!

The *only* reason I'm leaving them a star at all is because the surgery that I did have went ok, although complications from trauma did give me a major problem later on. If you make an appointment, they are very wishy-washy about whether or not they actually let you *keep* it. The last five times I had to go in for surgery and post surgery, they rescheduled. Every. Single. Appointment. Mind you, we had let them know it was an hour and a half drive for us, so coming super early in the morning was very difficult for us to do, yet they kept pushing our times back earlier and earlier each time. The last time, I said as much, and mentioned to them that it takes us that long to get to them, but there were no apologies for the multiple inconveniences. Then, we get there ON TIME, get taken to the back, and TWICE NOW, have had to wait 50 minutes to an hour and 20 PAST MY APPOINTMENT TIME to even see someone for something that takes ALL OF FIVE MINUTES TO CHECK. I understand being busy. I would understand if someone would have come back and apologized for the wait, or even ACKNOWLEDGED me, but as soon as I was back in the room, I was completely ignored. No one, no doctor, nurse, ANYONE, checked on me while I sat in the back with a bib on just twiddling my thumbs. There is no sense of urgency if you have already paid; when we came in and they were explaining bills and everything, they were perfect. On time, making sure we were comfortable, etc, but as soon as we were just in for something that was already paid for, they don't care. I am absolutely never coming back here to this place. If you want to go, just make sure you don't have anything major that you have to wait for, or be prepared to wait forever.

Wow, Sunday night same day crown! The team stayed late for me, the new crown, made on site, is working out great. This is a very caring and professional practice, Las Vegas is lucky to have this accessible dental practice. Highly recommended for emergencies, but also I am sure, for non urgent treatment.

I Like coming here because they really make you feel comfortable.
The only down side is they are one of the most expensive herein Vegas I have found. And my last appt. they suggested I get a deep clean with a tooth extraction I was getting and I told
Them I wasn't sure if I had enough to cover it, after asking how much I had on me ( I do have insurance also) they came back with the exact amount I had on me for treatment. That was all I had and 20.00 in the bank. I didn't mean that's what I wanted to spend. But paid that amount so I could get the service they felt and I know I really needed.
Just thought that was a bit shady on their part.
I refer several people to them and just hope they are treated well. I had someone I sent to them needing all teeth pulled ( due to a car accident) and new put in and they up sold so much he went some where else :/
I do like this place I always leave happy and pain free and heal quickly but they do like to always add something in to your treatment always seem to up sell and that I do not like.

I also believe that once you have a good repor with them they should offer a payment plan. Would really help me and I'm sure others, get in there and get more work done.

Leave their dentist office ( even though unhappy) because they do payment plans.

Made an appointment for a root canal, and after nearly three hours of waiting, was told that they were too busy to do the procedure today!! I was told to come back in a week but needed to pay half of the bill right away. After talking with my husband we decided to give them a second chance and come back in a week. However, when he went back to pay, staff member Kari told him that she was too busy, and we had to wait until she had time!! All we needed was to give her the money that she asked for in the first place!We waited long enough! Tried to talk to office manager Kayla Mai , and she did not have the time to speak with us on the phone, so she sent text messages instead! Poor customer service all around! I do NOT recommend this place!

First of all I am a loyal patient of Dr. Liu and Dr. Mai for 9 years. Today it was really bad experience. The front desk lady was very busy chitchatting with other patient with some personal stuff . Totally new staff in this clinic! While I was in the room the dental assistant and the doctor keep on excusing their selves 4 times to get something at the back. They are not prepared! The doctor told me that it's been a year that I've been in their clinic, the said "that's crazy." She found 3 cavities and suggested to do deep cleaning and will cost me $641. Are you insane? Deep cleaning for that? She really really tried to push the sale to me and she even told me that I can do 3 visits so it won't be too much to pay everytime I visit. Heck no! I told her that my best option is to do tooth extraction for my wisdom tooth rather than paying $641. She gave me the referral to get my wisdom tooth extraction somewhere else. Are you serious? What's the point of having a dentist in your clinic if you guys will going to send me somewhere to get it done?

This place changed! I am very disappointed .They don't work by heart but for MONEY! Before everytime I had an appointment with you guys the dental hygienist always clean and brush my teeth, but this time they didn't do it! What have change??? My whole appointment took over an hour!

Today's visit was a bit different because I had to wait over 25 minutes before being seen. No-one was at the front desk. I usually don't have a problem with that but I had another appointment across town right after seeing Fran, and knew I would have to rush to get there. Other than that I am always pleased with HighTechDental, especially the way they treat their patients.

I went in for a consultation and I was hesitant because of a past bad experience. They spent the time and energy to make me feel calm and to get everything that they needed. Highly recommend I can’t wait to see what the finished product is going to be. However I’m sure it’s going to be amazing thanks to all the staff and doctors for your patience

This place is the best, all the workers are very nice, they always check on you and make sure you are doing okay. They have everything for you there, chargers, snacks, and massage chairs. My brother also had a good experience, it’s hard to find great people with great service now and days. I highly recommend coming here. From the Correa family

Dr Mai was amazing with my daughter, who was terrified about a cracked tooth. She is one of the kindest people we’ve met in a long time. Prices were a bit high, but insurance covered most of it, and we will return. The office is remarkable. I’ll leave it at that.
