Hi-Tech Dental Care

Dingy. Rundown. Dark Lobby. Waste of freaking time. I was in serious pain and desperate for help. I called and told them my situation up front as I was in between jobs and I didn't want to waste anyone's time if they couldn't help me. The assured me that they could and made an appointment. As soon as I get there they turned me away!! Barely made it past the doors before the receptionist told me there was nothing they could do for me and no where in town for me to go. So I just deal with the pain?? WHY WASTE MY TIME ON A POINTLESS TRIP WHEN I CALLED AND ASKED! Lucky for me, Affordable Dental took me PAST the receptionist desk, checked me out, and performed an emergency extraction in under an hour and a half! The Dentist even assured me he would NEVER turn people away, he'd at least give them something for pain. Learn something from this Hi-Tech, the way you treat people makes me scared for the people that end up in your chairs!

They were thorough and caring every step of the way...I was there longer than expected, but that was because they sent in another dentist for a second opinion. Very happy with them.

I went in with a broken off crown. The doctors gave me my options and worked on me right away. They all were outstanding. I will definitely go back to them and highly recommend this office. Thank You from the birthday guy, yes, this happened on my birthday.

I dealt with Sheldeen today about a billing issue. She was immediately defensive when she got on the phone. I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional before? She was yelling, talking over me, and than I asked to speak to a manager and she refused to put one on and hung up on me. I called right back and she picked up and just started yelling and hung up on me. She had zero customer service skills, it is clear she does not have a lot of customer interaction. I spoke to Erica later and she was very professional and gave me the info I needed and was very professional. I do like this dentist but the encounter with Sheldeen is enough to not want to go back.

Going to the dentist is a chore and for most people it's downright awful. Between the waiting room and then waiting for the dentist (and sometimes the crabby staff) and then being told you need a root canal (yikes!) the dentist becomes a nightmare for most folks. However, my experience with Hi-Tech Dental Care has put me at ease so that even though I still dread getting a root canal I know that with them I feel taken care of.

My first visit consisted of an unrelenting toothache that I was sure was in need of a drilling and filling. I went up to the desk and explained my situation and it was so nice because the office staff were really friendly and PATIENT (I know, unheard of right?). They put me down and got me in quick to see the dentist even though I was just a walk-in. The dentist was really good at explaining everything so that I knew exactly what needed to be done and how it was going to be done. What a load off because It's quite frightening when the dentist just sits you back and says, "ok, open up".

And of course, it was a cavity. But Dr. Mai fixed me right up and I was good to go. I was just so impressed with how I was treated by the dentist, by the office staff that I will definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Hi-Tech Dental has massaging chairs, pretzels, ice cream, and Netflix to enjoy in the waiting room. Then when you go in the back for your appointment you are taken to a state of the art exam rooms. The staff is extremely friendly, informative, and caring. The Dentists are casually dressed & possess very professional attitudes. And Hi-Tech is open all weekend...yes, even Sunday. If you need a detailed estimate for future services they will provide one & explain the details to you so you understand what you are paying for. Hope this helps you decide where you obtain your dental care next time.

I lost the crown on one of my teeth late Friday night and got an appointment early Saturday morning. I was glad I was able to get an appointment on a weekend. I was on vacation and was really worried about how I was going to be able to continue my vacation. They were very friendly, thorough in assessing what needed to be done, bonded the cap back on, the price was very reasonable, two thumbs up!!!😂

My front temporary tooth came out and my dog ate it. Sunday, I realized my dentist wouldn’t be open until Tuesday. I panicked and started calling around. I was turned away because I was under another Dr. care. I couldn’t go to work looking like this! Hi-Tech not only agreed to see me but they created a temporary tooth for me! This dentist was very cool! Saved the day!

This practice clearly benefits from the emergency, no-choice patient. I had an emergency bridge repair while visiting Vegas for work. They were my only choice and I was charged an insane amount of money for a temporary solution. They insisted on getting paid upfront with a very low estimate of what insurance would cover. I also paid a $50 deposit prior to the work being done and that was not taken off of my bill. If you have another choice TAKE IT.

The office was dark and cluttered and filled with patients at 4:00PM on a Sunday. While the staff was friendly, the entire experience was creepy.

Besides the amazing amenities such as snacks, 6 message chairs and a hammock... the friendliness of the staff is above and beyond. The technology of equipment and skill of every employee that's worked on me are far better than any other dentistry facility I've been to. Over 4 years as a customer and no plans to ever change dentists.
