Excellent Customer Service Professional Dentist Thorough Courteous Staff

I had a very positive experience that started as soon as I walked in that office. The overall ambience is one of warmth and friendliness. The office manager, who is the owner and a dentist herself has an excellent customer service. She was very welcoming , very professional and treated me like a VIP. I would recommend this dental spa to my family, friends and colleagues.
I am commending Dr Sherri Martinez for her amazing skill as a dentist, her touch is light and confident. She is every inch a professional and very thorough . She explained the procedure and the post procedure care very well. Definitely my dentist of choice!
Kudos also to Jonathan, the dental hygienist for assisting Dr S. Martinez, together they made my temporary cap as close to the original as possible.
I would be remiss if I don't mention the lady that took my dental X-ray, she was very courteous and made me feel at ease.
Thank you all for my 5 star treatment and a very wonderful experience in your office.

Great Service Friendly Staff Convenient Hours

Went in after being unsuccessful in location a dentist for several weeks. My girlfriend found them online and saw great reviews. Hesitate I made an appointment, and to be honest have never been to a dentist like this. The people were so nice and did everything in their power to make me comfortable. Always answered my questions and treated you like a member of the family. Nobody like dentist, but I will never put it off now that I found them. They make the experience as pleasant as possible and we're willing to go the extra step to make sure your happy. If you are looking for a dentist I highly recommend you check them out. They are open late and always get you in quickly. So happy with there service.

Scam Overpriced Poor Customer Service Unprofessional

This place is a complete scam. The $75 fee is true per the recent reviews. I handed the front desk associate my insurance card (which should've been on file. They ask for it when booking appointments online) she looks at me like as if it's a fake insurance card. It clearly has my employer on it etc. The response "you may get reimbursed if you have insurance coverage."

Don't even try to get records... all you get is a VM. If they promise to send you a link for it make them do it while on the phone otherwise you'll never get it.

They don't actually try to verify your info & then make you pay a randomly calculated estimate for the services upfront before they start. Expecting you to wait to be reimbursed. I looked up each CPT / DX code to determine coverage & percentage. Each of the estimates given were $100 upward overcharged. How are these scam artist still in business?!

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE THROWING MONEY AWAY!!!!!!!

I had the best experience here from check in to treatment review! I was very nervous about being there and the assistant who took my X-rays was the best at keeping the mood light to take my mind off my anxiety and when the dentist arrived, I felt even better! Everyone was so friendly and professional and I can’t wait to return for my treatment and I am thankful they took my lifestyle as a single mom of 3 seriously when we were discussing pricing options!

Great dentist, very personal. When you stressed as with any dentist visit, being personal makes all the difference. Besides, entire service is out of this world. You are treated as they knew you forever. Also, pricing. I don't know how they doing it but I paid much less than I was quoted in 4 other dentists offices. I have some more work to be done on my teeth and I know for sure where I am coming back.

This has to be the worst run dentist office in the country. Do yourself favor and read the reviews. After taking an exuberant amount of ex rays to run up the insurance bill, I waited over an hour in the chair for my cleaning. When I approached the front desk to inquire how much longer it would be, the receptionist gave me an attitude like I was doing them a favor. They then refused to refund my credit card when I informed them I didn’t have time to sit for another hour. I spent 90 minutes at the office and I can tell you I wouldn’t have them touch my teeth based on what I saw. It’s a dingy run office with poorly trained people and they are all about billing your insurance for unneeded ex rays. i travel the states and visit many different dentist offices so take this review as truth. Avoid them

Going to Hi Tech Dental was such a blessing. I was well taken care of from the minute I got there until the time I left. They were all very friendly and made me feel comfortable. A great sense of loving care and team work. They gave me all my options and let me decide what I wanted done. They listened with love and concern and were not pushy at all. I had a tooth extraction, it was the most wonderful experience!! Lots of tender loving care!! I recommend going to this Dental Care and trying for yourself. Trust me you won't regret it.Doctor Liu was awesome!! From the bottom of my heart, thank you for taking care of me... God Bless🙏🙏

If I could give this place less than one star I would. I went in in December, And ended up paying $75 plus for an exam that my insurance clearly covered because they “couldn’t verify my insurance”, I went in for a filling..they tried to up charge me on a dental implant that I did not need .. I told him I would worry about that later..I ended up having nothing done that day so I wanted to schedule an appointment to follow up on the other work I needed done. I scheduled a Saturday appointment over a week ago I was told I needed to have my “insurance verified “so I sent my insurance information, I have two dental insurance companies that are the best out there.. I called back to make sure they got it, they couldn’t find it, I asked about my appointment then they told me I didn’t have an appointment, not to worry they would put me on the schedule at 10 AM , so I called again this morning because I called three times yesterday to get a quote about services that could possibly be done..three times and no phone call back. They still did not have me on the schedule for this morning and still couldn’t give me an answer as to what possibly I could get done. My suggestion is to replace your whole front end staff with people that know what they’re doing. If your dental team is as incompetent as your front end staff, I feel sorry for your business.
