Biggest hustle factory in Longview, all they wanna do is run up a check on you, don't actually care about your teeth, or you.

Linda Cockey

I was very happy with the care I received. I had a tooth broken off at the gum and needed it pulled. Dr. Williams made sure it was totally numb after his assistant had put something to get the numbing started before he came in. He had to numb it twice but I didn't feel much of anything. He pulled my tooth and there was pressure but no pain. I want to have
Dr. Williams do all of my dental work; and I have a lot!!

Ms. Deanne Thomas was wonderful when it came to preparation and understanding of my extractions. Everyone was very friendly and helpful at easing my concerns. One of the best experiences at a dentist I’ve ever had.

Worst I have ever experienced. No sense of urgency. They dont listen to you. Make false promises. Sent my partials that were wrong to an another office that I was going to receive care by an oral surgeon and in result extracted the wrong tooth. They say one thing and do another. Never return phone calls. Can't trust them. Very disappointed. The only positive thing I can say would be the person that makes the teeth. He is been very friendly.

Pathetic! Literally took 14 months to get a partial denture made. The first one they tried to give me couldn’t have been mine. It was 2 teeth shy of being enough. It left me toothless in two places. They acted like I was in the wrong for insisting that another be made. More appointments for impressions, etc. Finally after two thanksgivings and two Christmases I have teeth. By the way, during this time, my husband had dentures made in less than 4 weeks by Longview Dental Center.

The hygienist and dentist themselves did everything possible to come off condescending and "smarter than you". Acting as if using the words "ruptured" or "mobile" are some great cipher...I walked in the door knowing I had broken and loose teeth, it's WHY I was even there. This is after repeatedly telling the front desk(all of whom I spoke to were incredibly polite and respectful I will say) that I don't have insurance, good credit, or all that much money, they assured me that it was no problem and that they have a sliding scale system. What they really mean, is they will act as a middle man for a third-party loan, based in your credit. So...in summary, I sit here still in the same situation, but in MORE pain as the hygienist felt it necessary to try and pry her probe as far into my gums as possible, again all while huffing to herself and muttering condescending and insulting comments. When I did finally see the dentist I made it 5 words into explaining why I'd come in that day before he CUT ME OFF and said...and I quote, "Sure, sure, I've had a toothache, I know what it's like."....My "smile teeth" were "ruptured" by a fist doc.... You have NO idea what it's like walking around with 8 broken teeth at once pal....get off ur doctorial high horse... missing teeth, doesn't make me ignorant sir. Perhaps inquiring how this happened would have been a better lead of than just assuming you know how I feel

Staff was great working with me. Kyla was awesome at the front and helped me out a lot and made me feel comfortable with my choices

Short Review: Amazing staff (Professional, knowledgeable, all encompassing)! Highly recommend Aspen Dental!

Long Review: I'm a brand new patient and newer to the Longview area. I was greeted immediately by the front desk associate, Lindsey, and she promptly got my "first timer" paper work together. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment, per the reminder text message they sent out earlier in the day. I waited for a little over an hour after my paperwork to been seen by the staff (which was the only con of my entire visit, but the office was slammed, and you could tell all the staff was giving it 110% to make sure each patient felt special). The front desk associate noticed I had been sitting in the waiting room for some time, and without me asking, she told me she was going to check to see how much longer it would be. Shortly after, Ciera, the dental assistant, greeted me with a smile and a warm welcome. She made me feel comfortable (as if I were in a private practice, versus a corporate office). Bethany, the hygienist, hastily came in after my x-rays were completed and explained everything she was going to do before she even began reaching into my mouth. So knowledgeable. After she checked my mouth she explained next steps and set me up on a plan to help reach my goal. Dr. Cox came in, after Bethany, and was also nothing but kind and professional. Carla, the unicorn of the group, was the happiest person I met while I was there. Her happiness was contagious. She also helped me get my teeth cleaned, by Bethany, in the same day, which doesn't typically happen during your initial new patient appointment. What could have been a poor experience turned out to be very enjoyable, full of fun music, and great conversation. I left feeling confident about my smile and I'm (for the first time ever) excited for my 6 month cleaning. Thanks again y'all!

Rip Off!!!

The hygienist that worked on my teeth were great, but their front office suck. I have dental insurance that have never had problems anywhere else, except here. Office manager gave me a quote, I was suppose to pay a little over $300 and I "have really good dental insurance." After the services, they send me another bill for $1300. After I already paid my portion. They said insurance would not pay the rest. I asked "why not?" They reply, "we don't know, so you need to contact your insurance and ask." Its their job to contact my insurance and find out but instead would not and expect me to. So I finally did and my insuramce said they filed the wrong paperwork. My insurance called, left voicemail, but no one from the office called my insurance back. I even printed out the codes they were suppose to use to file with my insirance, dropped it off at Aspen. Now Aspen dental even had debt collector to get my money that my insurance said they would pay if Aspen dental re-file the paperwork correctly.

I had a very pleasant visit. My dental hygienist is the best. Her and all of the staff were so helpful and explained everything to me.
