The wait time was as I expected not too long but not short either but the staff was very friendly and my procedure having my tooth pulled out was very simple and quick. I was told over and over again I was going to have a lot of pain after getting my tooth pulled out and would be in bed for at least a day but I have NO PAIN at all!!! They did an amazing job! I was terrified going in and very impressed leaving!!

The hygienist , Lori, was so very helpful and cheerful. I never had to wait long. The financial secretary was very helpful on payment options. They are very helpful with appointments. I am a teacher and they worked with my schedule. I enjoy going there. My gums are doing 100 percent better. I recommend this dentist 100 percent.

Your Longview office should be shut down. I went in severe pain and a infection in my tooth. I was poked and prodded for an hour. Told everything else other than helping the tooth I was there for. Was told they could fix my mouth for 13000. Then after all that was not given any antibiotics or pain medicine. This place is a scam. Do not go here.

NEVER GO HERE!! They have the most poorly run office and terrible staff! As a medical professional it's appalling how awfully run their office is, I'd be horrified if my clients were treated the way I was treated here!!
All they do is push their corporate policies The most awful dental visit of my life. I walked in and signed it was acknowledged by the front desk staff. Then sat down while they were finishing up with someone else after a few minutes they were done then the staff proceeded to talk and gossip for the next 30 minutes. Sat there for 40 minutes before they realized they hadn't given me paperwork or anything to fill out. I was 1 of 3 people in the office not exactly busy.
Next was x-rays they not only did a panorama they also did bite wings and a full mouth series. Some serious over kill and the full mouth series was horribly uncomfortable. I've never had another do that many xrays before.
Then I was taken to another waiting area while they prepped an exam room. Finally was taken back there. Waited more. Hygienist came in and proceeded to look at my teeth. She was super overdramatic about my teeth bleeding and so much gum disease. She said I would not be able to have a cleaning and would need gingivitis treatment which takes several steps. I've always had great teeth and no other dentist had ever mentioned it and I had just gone 5 months before. Told her no she's just pushing her corporate medicine policy and she basically agreed.
30 minutes later dentist finally comes in and looks. Says teeth are fantastic and everything looks great and I can go. Ask about gingivitis. He was confused then I told him what the tech told me. He said no I could have a regular cleaning but by now it's 2 hours later and hygienist may have left for the day but I need to wait.
Then after waiting 30 more minutes the financial person comes in to discuss gingivitis treatment which I clearly stated I would not do as it cost several hundred dollars. So I waited for absolutely nothing. Told her they need to run their office better and not have patients waiting this long for nothing to be done. 2.5 hours leaving with nothing done other than dentist saying looks good 😠😠😠terrible place run by idiots who know nothing. Only good thing was the dentist but his office staff are morons.

First they told me they take Medicare, then when we get there they don't. They said they had affordable options for someone on low income, then when we get there they say all his teeth needed a surgeon bc the root is around the nerve. They said this would cost over $1,000. The only payment plan they have to check your credit and if you don't have good credit they don't care.

Nice employees but high pressure sales for dental work that is unnecessary and expensive teeth cleaning products. Time share sales presentations are nothing compared to the sales pitches in this dental office for work you don't need. By all means, get a second opinion from another dentist you trust. I have had no cavities for years and all of the sudden in this office I'm told I better hurry and get 3 crowns before my teeth fall apart. Is there an office competition between the dentists (or more like dental students) that whoever sells the most crowns this month wins a trip to Tahiti or something? I said I would pass on the crowns, the special over-priced toothpaste, and the outrageously expensive electric toothbrush, only to be called the next day reminding me of my appointment for 3 crowns. I never scheduled the appointment for the crowns so they had to give it one last ditch effort to sell me those crowns!! Just like the time share hustle.
Reading these other horrible nightmare reviews, I am so glad I didn't believe these underhanded tactics. I recommend going to almost any other dental office than here.

If I could write a review without a star I would have given them a 0! This office us set up to take advantage of people who both have insurance and those who dont. I went in for a simple repair to a denture that I even spoke to the technician that repaired it and he told me it was simple and was mostly just maintenance. They charged $150, for a $50 repair, because they pressured me into adding on over priced implants and then they would not charge for the repair. They're implants pricing was like a car dealership, let's make a deal. Even then they were $100-1500, more expensive than any other place in town. They financial advisor is so pushy and from the jump, sleazy and making more money was all the clinic wanted. Then the $150 repair, lasted two days before the tooth fell out again. I'm seeing a real dentist not a Doc in a box quack like they rotate thru there.
Run people run!

The staff is very friendly and they actually got me in the same day for my tooth emergency..front staff and the lady that sat with me thru my appt, awesome!!. I didn’t feel like the dentist really cared one way or another.. kind of felt like the focus was on how much work I need done , instead of the issue at hand.. everyone knows how bad a toothache is, you want the pain to stop immediately!!. I was given a script for antibiotics and a appt for next week to fix the problem.. very disappointed that I went home still in pain and still in pain as I write this review!!.. but I got a breakdown of how much work the dentist wants to do!!.. this is the reason a lot of people fear the dentist in the first place, I know it is for myself.. let’s fix the issue at hand and then discuss what else needs to be done..

The Staff (Summer(PSR), Ulyssa (Hygenist), Courtney (Dental Asst) and Reena Sri Ramya Guttha, DDS were absolutley fantastic. Summer is cheerful, kind, and servant orientated. Ulyssa is the most gental, delicate, hygenist I have ever had. She did not hurt me scrapting or using the water tool to remove the plaque & tarter off my teeth. Courteny took extreme care to get my crown impression exactly right to fit. She paid attention to detail and precision of her craft. Dr. Guttha was kind, extremely professional, and attended to my discomfort quickly. This staff gets 5 Stars.
Aspen Dental as a business, gets 4 Stars because of their expensive prices. I believe they should give a break to their Veterans on their pricing. Even with my insurance it seemed regualar price like they increase their price to offset the insurance contribution. This is the 1st Dentist Office I have ever been to that did NOT give additional price breaks to Yes I know they have Days of Service & MouthMobile programs. Those do not apply to me. I am an insured vet and working. All other dentist in the past have been a little more flexible with their prices...

The hygenist Lori is awesome. The staff is very friendly. However, if I had a to rate the dentist that are there now, that's a whole different story. I was very up set that I did not receive notification that Dr. Meadows was leaving. When people got to a dentist, they expect to see the same one since they are the ones aware of your history. I don't like having to explain myself 2-3 times. So over all rating for staff 5 and for the current dentists 1.
