There is NO waiting at this office and as soon as you go to the back of the office its like a circus. Such a festive environment. They talk to you and don't just stuff you in a room like a science project. You are well addressed and taken care of. If you are not aware of their way of doing things you might get offended because they like to joke around. I went got a follow up to my wisdom tooth extraction and one of the assistants told me to walk to the left well I repeated her and said "To the left to the left" and then one of the other assistants said No to the right, and I said well I just got off work so im going to the get the direction wrong, lol They work long days at this office but they still make it comfortable for the patient even after the surgery. They will always make sure you don't feel anything. You have to speak up and tell them and they will adjust it to your liking. Also the financing at this place is just what they quote you. Two wisdom tooth extractions for less than what most other dentists charge these days. You get a smile from each of them from the time you enter the office to the time you leave. Dr. Ajay even asks who has any trouble repeating his name. (He's from Africa and he says its fun to hear people try to say his name right, lol)

Scheduled a cleaning, only to have a "check-up" done. It had been a year since my last visit..... Didn't need them to look in my mouth and tell me I need a cleaning. Wasted an hour + of my time and my co-pay. No longer going to use this place. Highly recommend anyone seek dental hygiene services from quite literally anywhere else.

Nothing like when I originally went there. Used to be great service... Not sure when they started dropping the ball.

This is the worst dental office I've ever been to. The employees aren't helpful at all. If I could give it no stars, I would.

I went in and scheduled my extractions before hand and a week later come back for the surgery, got a driver for me and everything and I waited for almost 2 hours for the lady to tell me that's not what you've been scheduled for, and there isn't anyone here qualified to do it. Which is bull because that what I WANTED scheduled. Come to find out they went ahead and scheduled me for a gingivitis treatment.

And their billing is a whole issue on it's own. Called customer service for help on my loan for my extractions and they act like they have no clue what you're talking about and say the same thing over and over again. All they care about is how much you're paying them. I would reccomend no one come here if you're looking for a good and helpful dental office.

I went to aspen dental in February and I asked for a simple extraction nothing more. Dentist decided to put a bone graph in my mouth and did not inform me they were doing this. I will never go to this place of business again. They are calling me daily for 195.00 I have paid this and will never go to this place of business again ..that do not follow the patient instructions. Aspen Dental you lost one..not that you guys care away lol

I had a toothache keeping me up all night. I got an appointment for the next day. When I showed up everyone was super nice and friendly. I have bad anxiety was terrified because of it, and becauseI had to get my tooth pulled. One of the ladies let me squeeze her hand while they pulled my tooth. 5 stars for making someone with bad anxiety feel comfortable. Thank you for helping me.

The staff was excellent. The cost is OUTRAGEOUS. I was told if I had all nine of my teeth were pulled at one time it would be less expensive. Eleven thousand dollars? I would have to rob a bank to fix my bottom teeth.

Cancelled my appointment so this review is based on the appointment scheduling process ONLY. Had a broken tooth over the weekend and couldn't get in until a Wednesday. Went ahead and booked the appointment and during the process, told him what Insurance company I had. He asked if it was Medicare/Medicaid which was surprising since this is one of the top 5 in dental carriers. Then at the end, asked me for names and numbers for referrals. HELLO, I haven't even see a Dentist and you want me to refer my loved ones???

Found another provider who could get me much sooner so I called to cancel. Cancelled the appointment but got a call a few hours later to confirm my appointment (call #2). Got text message that night (#3), got another call (#4) the day of to confirm yet again, the appointment I had already cancelled verbally TWICE.

Only giving 2 stars because the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable however I went in for a severe toothache. I was there for almost 3hrs only to receive a full treatment plan that was extremely outrageous. Not only did I waste my time I also ended up at the ER. I definitely recommend they remove the emergency services available from the description online.

I wish my experience with this practice were not so. Unfortunately it became a nightmare that continued on a week after the dentist visit. My son had four wisdom teeth pulled out. I need to say, as a precautionary measure to anyone reading this review to please, please inform and educate yourself before having this procedure done. I do not want any parent to experience what I experienced. They don't inform you about the side effects to the anesthesia after you leave the office. I came for the consultation, but the only thing they warned us about was possible halusanations, bleeding, sleeping and a dry socket afterwards. Nothing about his blood pressure bottoming out to the point of him passing out and falling. Which he did twice. Do not leave your child's side. Do not take this warning lightly. After he fell the second time he began to convulse. I told my other children to call 911. They could not find my phone and I could not find a pulse. He could not hear me, my son was dying before my eyes. I began to pray. He is a big boy I couldn't pick him up by myself. We managed to get him up and after a few very scary moments he opened his eyes. Thank God for prayer. I placed a blood pressure cup on my son to check his pulse and blood pressure. It was 77/43. His pulse was 42? I called the dentist after they located my phone and he answered right away. He was not as concerned with the report I was giving him as I was! Which frustrated me. He felt I didn't knew how to operate a blood pressure cup. I informed him I have been working in home health for more then 20 yrs. I know what I am doing. He then said he felt better about the report I was giving him. He told me to elevate his feet higher then his heart but to keep his head up as well. Placing him in a recliner would be more suitable for this type of situation and that would stabilize his blood pressure. If it was not stable by 10 pm and it was about 3 pm to take him to the e.r. the next reading was 88/44. I took his blood pressure every 15 minutes. He was not stable enough to walk on his own. He was dizzy and lightheaded, whenever he would go to the bathroom and we assisted him when he would get up. No matter how adamit they are about not drinking anything. Make sure the drink something. Their kidneys have to be awaken through urination because the anesthesia puts your organs to sleep along with everything else. In all fairness to the sugergion. He did later text me to see how my son was doing. He was nice enough to do that. If all of this was not bad enough. I was yet in for a surprise. The estimate they gave my son was inflated. Estimates are meaningless in their eyes. They wanted another 600.00 on top of what they orginally asked? I said no so, they refunded the money I had already paid. They refunded my money to later call and say they would do it for the original price and I was to call them once the money was place in my account. The surgery was done 8-1. The money was taken out on 8-3. On 8-10. I go to my bank and I am overdrawn over a thousand dollar's? They reversed the deposit after they took it out? I have never heard of such a thing. I called the office, they said they did not do it. But it was showing on my bank account. I took a statement from my bank to show them it was so. After about a 15 minute visit they apologized and said it should be reversed once again. It would take another 3 to 4 days before it was fixed because corporate did that not them? It's still Aspen dental!!!!! Smh!
