The temporary dentures you have to wear for the first 4 or 5 months do not fit my mouth. I have told them on 4 occasions I could not eat with them, I bite my mouth when talking . My tounge gets hung on the roof of the denture. They will not fix them. I paid all money up front and now don't hear a word from them.

Overall, impressed. Seemed to listen to me and my desires, prompt service. Only complaint was that they let me walk out of the office with a big glob of impression material imbedded in my moustache, that I didn’t find out about until I went to another store! Very embarrassing!

I had a lower denture implant performed at Longview Aspen. The dentist did a very poor job, as compared to the follow up. The first dentist apparently skipped many steps plus did not give me antibiotics and I developed a severe infection. After removing the implants and scraping the infection out, I was put on antibiotics. 2 months later, 2 new implants were installed. They had to be put in different locations due to the first mess so they do not work as well. I was going to have Aspen build an upper denture as soon as I recovered financially from the $8000 + cost of the lower. I lost a tooth from the upper and needed it replaced until I could get a new upper. They had me come in 3 times and the 3rd trip, to drop it off, I was told that due to a “new” policy, they would not replace the tooth since they didn’t build the denture. I was not happy and the Office Manager was supposed to call. Over a week later and after numerous calls to try to speak with the manager, I have not received a call. Very poor response for someone that spent so much money and endured so much pain and discomfort due to their mistake. I will now seek legal aid for the first botched procedure. I will not be going back for any more work there.

Absolutely the worst place and experience ever! I had a tooth that broke off and the remaining part of the tooth was still intact but I was in severe pain. I called Aspen and explained what happened and let the girl on the phone know I needed the tooth out ASAP. She told me hold on and let me talk with my boss or someone and let them know and see if we can bypass exam and just focus on that tooth. She came back on the phone and said the soonest appointment is at 4 and of course I took that appointment because I was in so much pain. She never once told me that my appointment was for an exam and consult. I get to my appointment and they took me back, did x-rays etc. Then the dental assistant said the dentist will be in and then you will meet with I guess billing girl. So I asked we are getting this tooth out right? She responded with, that is up to the Dr. The dentist came in looked at my x-rays and then tried to tell me the tooth that was causing me so much pain was not the one causing me pain but a different tooth???? What?? I let him know real quick he was not right. After the dentist left we went and meet with some advisor/billing girl, who was so rude and condensing! She tells me they won't be able to pull my tooth because they were about to close!!! I was in tears because I was in pain and lied to by the girl that scheduled me. I asked to speak to the manager but how convenient she was in a meeting! I left there still in pain. I will never use Aspen dental ever again and will not recommend even my worst enemy to use them! I have reported them to the BBB! I found another dentist who took care of me same day and they were wonderful! They even stayed past closing time!!! My name is Maranda Huffhines! My Google is under my daughter's name so when I get the reply to please call to discuss your concerns(BS), please use my name!!!!

On September the 28th I went in to have dentures. I was a little scared. But there was no need to they had to extract teeth. I have had some pain but it was not any real bad. I will recommend Aspen Dental in Eastman in Longview TX.

This has been a horrible experience. After giving them $16000 they will not contact me over the bill. They told me they were in network but billed out of network. Have tried contacting them and all I get is they are in a meeting. The day after my wife had work done one of the crowns fell out due to not being glued correctly.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience!! They got me in immediately for a broken tooth! This will 100% be my permanent dentist! Everything was explained and the cost was told to me up front! The dentist was very friendly and so was the staff!

I went in for a cleaning and check up. Had x-rays, the girl was super rude. I wasn't the best patient to have x-rays taken but who really is. She just acted like I annoyed her and she didn't want to be there. I get it, it's work and you're tired, but that's life. Then the doctor comes in and he was okay, but I am aware that I have impacted wisdom teeth, I had previously seen an oral surgeon about it and he recommended I didn't act on it. So he tells me teeth look good, wisdom teeth need to come out asap. That's it we're done. They take me to the person who talks about billing I guess, she says the hygienist is out so we will have to reschedule your cleaning, which was really the only reason I went. Then wants to schedule the surgery to get my wisdom teeth out. With my insurance it was $950 and I said I don't have that kind of money. So we scheduled my cleaning, and then my fillings I didn't even know I needed because he told me they looked good. Just a bad experience overall, I released my records to another dentist. Won't ever go back.
