This was my first time since the permanent staff has been there, the dental hygienist was nice and gentle during the cleaning. She went out of her way to look for bubble gum cleaner but there wasn't any. She did have bubble gum fluoride. I'll be back in 6 months.

Hate to give such a low rating because everyone was so nice but, clueless and not professional. Don't know if the office staff are new employees to the company but when dealing with clients they all did a lot of running around asking questions. That didn't bother me at first just made the whole process very slow. When it really bothered me was during my cleaning one of the office staff came in the room with an issue and rudely interrupted my cleaning a total of four times. The last time she entered the room the hygienist was explaining the gum cancer screening to me and the lady entered and started talking with not even saying excuse me. I felt my time was valuable and for the procedures I had it shouldn't have taken three hours because they didn't have but a few patients.

Staff was very nice. And pleasant . Professional ,and answered many of my questions,or concerns . Still not done yet. But so far so good. The young lady that did my impressions, was very sweet. And I enjoyed talking too. So, I look forward to going back, for phase 2.

This was my very first time getting a tooth pulled. The team was very professional and polite. Dr.Guttha was very precise, and the most uncomfortable part of my procedure was the fact that I didn’t stop by the restroom beforehand. I’ve had little to no pain since then and have every intention of continuing business with Aspen, and prefer that Dr.Guttha continue to work on my smile over anyone else.

I started the process to get new dentures on Nov 30, 2015, and just returned home with my gorgeous new dentures, 1/13/2016. I had a very positive experience with the Longview, TX office; both staff and Dentists were friendly, courteous and let me know everything that would be taking place so there would be no surprises. They took some extra time with fitting the bottom denture since I have very little bone there, but now that denture fits far better than the dentures I had before. Frankly, after reading some of the negative reviews, I was skeptical and fearful, but I guess no two people can experience the same thing, since I only have great things to say about Aspen Dental. I finally have the smile I always wanted.

I had read a lot of bad reviews so I was a little hesitant, but it was the only place that I could get into for an emergency extraction. I’m so glad I ended up going because they exceeded my expectations. The visit was affordable and all of the employees were very kind. I would go back

I am not the patient, I am the wife of patient James Holley. As someone who has been through the process years ago, I can assure anyone interested, that the Aspen Team is a flawless example of total dental care. James is following instructions with a bit of prodding from me and some compromises, but he was able to eat 12 hours following surgery, drinks fruit drinks with his beginner dentures in and talk while controlling the teeth with his tongue. Tomorrow he will be fitted with soft cushions once his stitches are removed. The process is so much better and patient friendly. I wish Aspen had been here when I went through the same process. If you want a comfort zone when having dental care. Please check Aspen out first and save both time and discomfort!

Over a year ago I started going to Aspen Dental. At first, they seemed very friendly and genuine, but fast forward to today, and it’s been a nightmare. I keep getting bills for my wisdom teeth being removed. Originally I had paid everything up front. Now I keep getting bills and the run around. I have called on several occasions to find out what these bills are for and always get a different answer. The last eat answer was for one of the wisdom teeth extracted which I said I had already paid. Also, the oral surgeon that did the surgery botched it. I have lost all feeling on the bottom right hand side of my mouth. Also, I learned he did not extract all four wisdom teeth. He left one partially intact. I realize that this is sometimes done due to the positioning of the tooth, but I should not have to pay for it. Also, I was billed for cleaning products I purchased over a year ago. When I originally purchased them the lady that sold it to me explained that insurance does not cover this so I paid what I thought was full price according to her...wrong. Fast forward to today, they are now charging me extra for those products. I would not recommend this dental company. Some of the staff are friendly, but their billing practices, customer service regarding billing and ethics have a long way to go.
Edit: I bumped up their rating due to the fact I finally received a call and had the bill taken care of. Unfortunately, the damage has been done to my mouth. And while some of the staff has been friendly, the billing issues were a nightmare to deal with.

I saw the dentist because I was swollen with infection and in pain. They were more concerned with scheduling a treatment plan with an Invisalign and a cleaning that they failed to even call in the antibiotics I desperately need for the infection. It is now 24 hours later, I am 10x more swollen and can not even talk; still no antibiotics. I canceled the future appointments with them. If they can not call in antibiotics that are needed, I can not trust them with my future dental work including oral surgery in 2 weeks.
