I would not recommend Aspen Dental to any of my friends because I always had to wait, was never seen at my appointment time. I had a tooth pulled and had there been a good Dentist in the office to actually check my tooth and offer his own personal opinion I think he should have suggested to have it crowned, after pulling my jaw tooth they proceeded to make a partial to fit in my lower jaw with 2 teeth on it. Long story short it never fit right, could not eat on that side because of the pain it caused after several adjustments it still didn't fit and would not stay clamped to the other tooth. I made at least 4 phone calls trying to find out what they could do, the last time I was in there the Dentist said "well it looks like there is nothing we can do to make it work properly" I guess we could put a false tooth in there but what about the bone that was removed at the time of pulling my tooth???? I was completely flustered that the stupid partial was a waste of money and was something that would stay in the container and not be used!!!!! so what did they do nothing!!!!!!!!
!!!! I asked if they would reimburse me for the partial since it didn't fit and got NO answer from anyone asked several times to have the lady that did the financing to call me that has been 2 months ago so now I havea jaw that bothers me all the time and hurts is very sensitive so needless to say they will not get any more money out of me, I hate what they did. The ladies in the office all the dental tech's were always very sweet and the Dr. that fits your partials or dentures was also very nice. So you better be careful if you decide to use them for any dental work.......Very Dissatisfied Ex Customer!!

Love Dr Cox and the office staff but have waited an unreasonably amount of time, hours, weeks and months for procedures to be completed. It appears They’ve lost and in some cases, I suspect, never did my lab work, didn’t return phone calls promptly, called this morning and hour and a half after they were supposed to be opened about five times and no one is answering their office phone. I would discontinue using them if I wasn’t in the middle of a unbelievably long procedure that I’m only hoping will be completed satisfactorily. What an ordeal!

If I can give this review ZERO stars I would. I should have listened to the red flags going off, I would have saved myself from a very bad experience at this dental office. But with the location so convenient from home, I figured, why not. Wrong. WRONG! WRONG!! From the measly phone etiquette to rude front desk who likes their phones more than patients, to the incompetent misplacement of my new patient paperwork (that I requested and took the time to fill out then sent back to them together with my ID and insurance cards PRIOR to my appointment) to not getting my insurance verified and estimates gathered, to the trashy, dirty, unkept patient bathroom to my hour plus wait on the dental chair just for the dentist to come in for a few minutes and announce a reschedule, every point of interaction I have with them has just been bad from one thing to the other. I requested time off work for my appointment and it was just all down the drain. I will never set foot at this establishment again nor recommend anybody to go here. smfh

Waited a hour in the waiting room after signing in, not one person acknowledged i had came in, finally i went to the counter asked why it was taking so long, i was told my appointment was at 10:45 eventhough my paper and emails all said 9:30. I told the clerk i was scheduled for a cleaning at 9:30 followed by fillings at 10:45. She came back and said my cleaning had been side scheduled whatever that means, and that all of sudden now they can do it. So my 45 minute cleaning turned into a 20 minute cleaning and then straight to have fillings done. Soooo because of the offices mistake i got a hack job cleaning. Plus the two times ive been in the staff has been unfriendly, cold, and calculated. I was looking for a family dentist for 4 plus but i wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. I will be taken my business elsewhere. Ohhhh and the restroom is disgusting would have had better luck at a gas station restroom for cleanliness.

The visit was good except for a couple of things;
The last dentist that came in to do a procedure was rude and unfriendly
Another complaint is being there for 5 1/2 hrs. Instead of giving me a timeline for the scheduled procedures.
I would like to add that Juanita, Dr.Cox, the XRay tech and Bethany were great!

Horrible!!! I had 6 teeth pulled and they gave me a prescription for codeine, even though I expressly told the dentist AND my paperwork clearly stated that I am allergic to codeine. I called their office to ask if they could call in a different prescription and they told me to just take aspirin. Aspirin? Are you kidding me? I am in excruciating pain from having six teeth pulled at once, and you tell me to just take an aspirin. Definitely would never recommend Aspen to anyone at all.

This was absolutely the best dental experience I've ever had (and I've had my fair share). Dr Jung was awesome and the entire staff was superb. Thank you all for a professional and "painless" experience.

I was called to come in for an earlier appointment. Yet when I got there I waited over an hour. Then was called back after the appointment time only to be waiting another hour. I only seen the dentist for maybe 5 or 10 mins max. The nice man that makes the dentures did however fix my denture so that it isn't rubbing anymore.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Not only did the Dentist not numb me completely, but she also chipped a large chip of of the tooth beside it, and now it is excruciatingly hurting. I would not send my worst enemy to see this dentist. It took her 7 shots of novacaine to get me partly numb, and when I told her it still hurt she told me I could go somewhere else. Horrible... the assistants were nice and courteous, but the dentist was horrible and now I am in more pain than I was.

I have been going here for 2 years. Before that, i had not seen a dentist since I graduated high school. I am 29 now and have always had a serious fear of dentists and needles, all due to a bad experience when I was about 7. This place is so calming and the dentists are so young and gentle...I nearly forget my fear with every visit. They are really good about answering questions, explaining anything that concerns you, and erasing all doubts. I had one wisdom tooth pulled last year under IV sedation and I remember nothing of that visit other than getiin in the truck to go home. I just had the other 3 pulled yesterday morning at 6:45am and I remember everything from walking out to getting in bed at home. Both times I was up and walking around after only sleeping for an hour or two. There is vertually no pain in my mouth now, everything seems to be healing just fine, only thing is i can not seem to drink enough water, but thats a personal problem LOL. All-in-all this is a wonderful place to go if you are absolutely terrified of dentists. They are so young and so gentle, there are one or two guys but its mostly women. If you don't have insurance you can ask about the Dental First program, and the first visit for new patients is free. If you need dentures, they take care of everything in-store from the impressions to the molds, temporary set to the permanent thing. I utterly LOVE this place and highly recommend it.
