1st: I was there for 2 hours. About an hour of that wa in the exam room waiting for the dentist.
2nd: I suddenly went from routine dental care to needing over $15,000 worth of dental work-after insurance. This included 2 root canals and 6 caps.
I have since gotten a 2nd opinion from a dentist I had seen previously but is not on my PPO. I need some fillings, that's all. Eventually could need a root canal but not at this time. Buyer beware!

Explained specifically what I needed done and my insurance information as a prerequisite before scheduling appointent. Then after a 3 hour wait they were unable to provide service until they got insurance approved. Isn't this something that should of been done first? Then, they gave an outrageous quote including unneccessary and frivolous procedures, sent me away without nothing other than a waste of time which gives you an idea their interests is solely on profit and not on patients

The visit was great. I received information about my teeth that I suspected. Someone was supposed to call me the next day with information about my dental treatment and I was supposed to receive a prescription for a dental condition. I am still waiting on that phone call and the prescription. That tells me that my care does not matter.

I came in with a bad tooth and in need of a root canal. On the day I originally came in, I was told that the dentist on staff would/could not do a root canal on a back tooth and would have to wait till the regular dentist came one duty(two weeks later). I had drugs and special tooth paste thrown at me and told that they would see me in two weeks. I showed up today to have the tooth fixed to find out that I pre-paid for the crown and not the root canal. I have left this place twice in tears and so mad that I was shaking. They have not ability to listen let alone communicate in any effective manner. Would not recommend this place to even my worst enemy.

I am very happy with the Aspen Dental in Longview, Tx. My husband works all week and they even fit him in on weekends or if I have ever had a problem - they are always helpful and will work me into their schedule asap. Friendly and comfortable office

Mark came in with his tooth hurting. The dr. did nothing but give him a plan to get surgery on his mouth witch that's is fine. He left the office in pain.Today is Saturday and the pain is making him sick. Mark is taking the medication the dr. gave him but I wish just the teeth would be taken out that Mark came in for. I dont think he can wait until July 2nd for this to happen.

The doctor and staff was Awesome. Price was just a little high. But other than that, they did a great job. I was quoted 110 over the phone and later had to pay 257. I didn't like that

It was well rounded, they were very polite and giving me feedback and information about what they were doing and what my results were, I even had a tooth pulled and it was very quick and not painful at all. Great experience!
