For never going to the dentist in my entire life, my recent experience at Aspen Dental was great. I had a tooth extraction and some of my cavities filled. Dr. Faye made me feel very comfortable & at ease about my procedures; everything went very well.

Wanted me to wait 2 weeks to see the dentist when I had a abscessed tooth. Told her I was in severe pain. Then when I asked for antibiotics to hold me over. She just told me to take 2 ibuprofen till I could get in. Which is not only dangerous advice but also ridiculous. Worst service ever!! I ended up going elsewhere.

Everyone working there was friendly and after my initial check Charlie was eager to discuss courses of action. Once my plan was in place one follow-up before my surgery was done. Of course a patient must pay at least 60% for their individual service but they're not shy about taking 100% payment. Removing some teeth and getting fitted for dentures was done professionaly and only 1 problem post fitting was encountered. I dont think more than 1 gallon of novacaine was used with a bit extra being used on my left jaw. On my journey home I became aware that my left eyelid wasnt working like it should requiring me to hand operate my eyelid a few times coming home. Its been 2.5 hours since my proceedure and my left eyelid has returned to me, joining my right eyelid when blinking. I tried to have fun with the team at Aspen and hope my humor didnt bother them too much! As a side note I hope the Aspen team will be open to the possible safety concerns of a patients eye function when using novacaine. Patients should be made aware that this could be a problem and may wish to bring a friend to drive them home.

We are changing dentist because of the front desk staff at Aspen. I was told to arrive 15 minutes early, and I did, but there was no one at the front desk when i arrived. The front office people didn't show up until 8:00, when my appointment was scheduled. After my appointment i went to check out and they tell me I owe them $42.00 dollars, I was shocked since it was a routine cleaning, she said it was for the fluoride treatment. I told her I wouldn't have had that treatment if I knew it was extra, she then blamed the hygienist, by saying she took me back before she had completed my insurance, I was taken back at 8:15, for my 8:00 appointment.

I wasn’t going to write a review but my sister also went in and had her teeth pulled and dentures, same as my husband a couple of months ago! I don’t know who they have back there making teeth, maybe someone that works around horses because both my sisters and my husbands teeth are too big and even though my sister just had her done, it’s been a few months for my husband and they still don’t fit, the top ones are way to big and the bottom ones are way to small! They will not make it right and will not upgrade him to the comfy without charging him full price! Everyone I talk to that has had this done is not happy with the new teeth! My husband can’t even wear his and he needs his teeth for his job, he has lost several customers because he has no teeth, sounds weird but it’s the truth, your smile and your teeth make the first impression! They need to make it right! All of this has caused problems and they need to make it right! Do not go here if your getting dentures, please look at your other options! The first desk lady is very rude as well!
Update5/29/19 went up there two weeks ago, have it on recording that they would redo his teeth, Dr Faye kicked me out of room, witch was no problem! Since my husband was recording, the guy ( not the dentist) said he was going to remake his teeth and they started to do the fit! My husband told the guy he was hurting but not once did dr Faye come in to examine his mouth, only to kick me out of room! A week later he went back to do some more fitting, again told the guy he was in pain and again no Dr Faye! My husband left and they handed him appointment card for the 29th of May at 11am! He went up there and was told they wasn’t going to see him any longer and not going to make his teeth! My husband is still in pain in one spot and still has no teeth! DO NOT GO HERE, THEY DO NOT CARE and they double charged me!
UPDATE 6/6/19: my husband to another dentist so he could get dentures, well guess what? They told him he can’t get dentures on the bottom because he needs surgery, that’s why he is in pain! The new dentist said that Dr. Faye did a very bad job! So Aspen will not refund or try to make this right, so will be seeing you in court and guess what? We will be asking for more because of lost wages and all the pain you have caused! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! See you in court ASPEN!
