I had been traumatized from a previous dentist, Dr. Johnson, and this place has eased me back into comfort with a dentist. They were really nice and affordable prices. But the biggest thing was they took precious care of my tooth that was very sensitive to any thing. They understood me and treated me like a human being not just another dollar bill.

The first initial exam went well with no issues. I was then scheduled for a root canal a month out because their endodontist only comes once a month. The week before my appointment, the office called and said they did not know if the dentist would be there that day and wanted to reschedule. It’s ridiculous that I waited a month only for them to tell me a week before that the date they gave me wasn’t right. I do not recommend going there. Long scheduling periods and not reliable.

Everyone was polite, caring, and non-judgemental of this ol’ lady that’s terrified of ALL dental procedures. By the time my visit was finished, I had a care plan, financial arrangements, and 3 appointments (compatible with my schedule) made. Thanks to the kind caring folks at Aspen Dental!

6 months ago they charged over $1,800 to a Care Credit Card they suggested I get for the coverage. They gave me a copy of the bill and its states that they did 25 things to my teeth on the first visit which was supposed to be a cleaning. I have insurance and they never filed a claim because I called my insurance company to check. $1,800 and still they wanted $125 on this second visit. They claimed they couldn't do my visit because the card wouldn't allow it unless it was $250. What are they talking about? Nonetheless I totally do not recommend going to Aspen Dental unless you have super good insurance and you make sure that they file the claim immediately. Do not get trapped into a credit card like I did. They really pulled a number on me. It's all about the money they can make.

It was a complete wonderful experience from in to out at Aspen. Booking appointment to the pleasant customer service and the battery of specialists. It was good. Got 3 extractions done in a jiffy. Thanks to Dr. Park and the team. The guy doing partial squeezed mine in on very short notice. The people here want to work for and with you! Not to forget JC! She made feel so welcome and you need that to calm you at the Dentist! Thanks! It’s an all round A-pro-team.
