What a Really Nice Group... Dr Park , The Assistant & The Hygenist were Phenomenal, So Patient, Kind & Attentive . The office Manager was truly exceptional ...No 1 likes getting Teeth extracted or Even Dentist Appointments they're NERVE WRACKING ! NOT HERE such a Overall Good experience , I would definetly refer Friends

I called needing a tooth extracted and was told it would be $116. I was in excruciating pain and I called in on Friday afternoon seeing if they had anything on Saturday morning due to the amount of pain I was in. The dentist called me back and said I could come in and wait in the waiting room to see if anyone cancels. I had explained that I had an appointment today to get my tooth pulled. She told me that the amount of the extraction would be starting $249. I said I was told it would be $116. She very abruptly said no it starts at $249. I said ok but that's not what I was told. She then very rudely said she had to let me go and hung up on me. So I sat all weekend in excruciating pain. I called this morning to see if I could get in and the receptionist Alyssa said they didn't have anything and she then proceeded to tell me that I was quoted wrong and it will not be that amount. I told her well then how can I be told it would be $116 and now you are telling me different without even seeing me. Needless to say this office needs to come together and figure out how to schedule people and quit telling amounts over the phone. I WILL NOT be going to this office. Worst experience ever. No communication at all. I went somewhere else where I was treated better!!!!

They cancelled my appointment because I didn’t answer my phone from a week ago to confirm my appointment. I specifically informed them to just go with the schedule because I’m busy. My rescheduled appointment was over a month from now. They prioritize new patients very quickly but when your a current one, you’re last priority. I’ll take my money elsewhere then.

The office staff was very kind and welcoming! We got a plan laid out on how to help my husband with his teeth, and no other place has helped us like that before! Amazing place to go, I even recommended my mom to go there because of the service we received. Also my husband was in such pain with his wisdom tooth, that they made an effort to remove them that day instead of him waiting! Y’all I will swear by this place, thank y’all so much for helping my husband!

Went in to have dental work and everything was prompt and very professional. Aspen Dental truly cares about your teeth concerns.

The staff was friendly, the front desk had one person so it was pretty slow.

The x-rays involved a weird piece of equipment you had to put in your mouth and it was abnormally obtrusive and made the process difficult.

The dentist who saw me wasn’t very good. She hit the handle of a tool against each tooth and told me to say which felt tender... they all did, and she said “you will know what I mean” and kept hitting my teeth. 0/10, made me not want to come back just because of that.

I put on my check in paperwork that I have TMJ, and was told by the same lady that I need to tell each worker before they do anything so they know... even though it was on the check in paper work...

I had a cleaning scheduled the upcoming day and cancelled it because I do not want to go back there.

Assistants were friendly. Since it physically hurt to be there, I won’t be going back.

Terrible experience. Was passed off to 3 different people before the dentist came in. She checked me and then I had to see another person to make another appointment to have the cleaning I should have had months ago but was asked to reschedule several times. I will supposedly have my cleaning on my return for the fillings dentist recommended. Hopefully I won’t get rescheduled again. Honestly would change providers but my insurance provider selection is limited.

The service was above expectations. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel relaxed. I normally feel really tensed when visiting the dentist, but the techs, hygienist and Dr. Despina made my visit feel like a breeze. I highly recommend this dental clinic. And Dr. Despina is so sweet!

I wanted to give zero stars. I needed to be seen urgently due to a dental issue. I called and got an appointment within a week. I filled out the paperwork online and got a text confirmation of my appointment. I showed up early, and my appointment had been cancelled without my knowledge or permission and given to someone else. The receptionist, office manager, and dentist were all very rude to me when I complained and showed them my confirmation, and were unwilling to work with me to be seen. They said they take walk in appointments but would not accommodate me even as a walk in. Avoid!

Since the first day I walked in the door of this office after pulling 19 teeth and agreeing to their treatment plan almost $7,000.00 later amazing how quickly you become as of NO IMPORTANCE AT ALL! EVERYTIME I have been in their with issues concerning discomfort with my dentures they act as if I'm a bother to them! They advertise 💯 satisfaction NOT TRUE! MY temporary plate broke not once but twice and they insist on me paying $700 more for my permanent I can't afford it so them they charged me $125 to fix it! VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS PLACE!
